Worst hotel in the 106 countries that I traveled
I wanted to check in half an hour early and was told that my room was not ready. Fair enough I went out and had lunch then came back to the hotel. Overall the hotel was poorly maintained. That was before I realized that they have a cafe/bar next door that plays music until one thirty in the morning so no sleep possible. Also I was not happy with finding fruit flies in my room given the fact that I stayed there in December. I could not get any rest in this hotel. There was mold in the shower’s ceiling, torn floor covering and breakfast was bad. The only positive comment is the location very convenient to everything other than that AVOID. Even the shampoo bottles were not clean!

The best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in
Room was large, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. There were slippers provided and cold water in the fridge. Staff were amazing, very helpful and keen to offer advice. Breakfast good. Roght in the old centre a 6-7 minute walk from the blue mosque. I don't think I've ever paid so little for an en suite room with such amazing service in this kind of location.

Don't trust the reviews or you get desappointed! I had my expectaion of this hotel based on the official and travellers pics (which was around 3 out o 5) however, I was tricked with recent reviews saying everything was excellent. Don't get me wrong I would have rated this hotel 3.5-4 out of 5 but would not stay there had i not read the overrated expectations. Check-in: We were allocated a double bed room despite we booked a twin beds roomd (and I was travelling with my mom...). After i gently pressed to the reception guy who ''could not do anything'' he brought and extra bed. It was an OK solution which we used till the end of our 4 nights stay as we would not waste time to move between the rooms. The area: its nice but overpriced and poorly maintained. The restaurant Nostra Casa Cafe nearby was a joke. Just eat somewhere else please. People: the people working in the hotel were very friendly and this is why this hotel was not rated 1 out of 5. Breakfast: Is a joke, you can find travellers pictures on the web. Of coure this is what i would expect from such a small hotel but again i was folled by the reviews. A couple i met at the breakfast was saying ''they will never stay here again'' suggested that the reviews are paid for, He said he knows how to do that and he did that for one hotel, Well check the travellers pictures then judge yourself. Services: Unfortunately we had a feeling that on the day 3 our towels were not changed for last night...

Staff did the basic , took passport copies gave us the room key.too noise accomadation taxi drivers , local people holiday makers chatting away 1,2 o’clock in the morning the seagulls were constantly noisey . When we ran out of soap,shampoo sugar coffee tea asked for it staff didn’t take it seriously , another customer had the same issue aswell breakfast was crap same reputetiuos boiled hard eggs bread cut to small piece as if they were feeding children over all 1 star bb hotel rating

15 mt walk from Sultanahmet st. Clean tidy and good wifi. Breakfast average. No elevator for 4 floors ? Barhroom was small, doesn't help if you are over 6 ft.Place was ok for the price. Ok for a night. Street noise after midnight sadly enters the room. Could be Ramadan ?!

On May22 live here because of two new friends also live in this hotel, I booked by expedia one standard room with sea view 31.82 USD. when I check in, the ower said, "no possible I can book sea view on expedia! because all sea view room sold out!". then, they gave me a basic single room with double bed. my room number was 15. May 22 , 2019, expedia price for this room was 20USD. when I check out I got 7 US dollar cash refund, reception attitude is fair.

Great hotel, nice location, decent price range.
Great hotel in a decent price range with amazing sea view. Location is nice as it is close to Blue mosque and Hagia sophia.Grand bazaar is another 10 minutes walk and spice bazaar is extra 20 minutes. Hotel staff is great, polite, honest. Will help you anything and give you honest guidance. Public services are easily accessible. Couple of restaurants nearby. One small convenience store is nearby too. Breakfast is good too. Staff can help you with airport transfers too. Adding some pictures of view from my room.

Very helpful staff and value for money
Location is near main attractions. Room is spacious and clean. Not much traffic there at night so it's good for light sleepers like us. Also the staff are awesome. When we needed help to print documents (twice) during our stay and the staff were very happy to help.

My room was a bit worn out, may be this was due to the room being at the floor level. the bed sheets were clean but need updating as the room, can be an option for a cheap alternative. the breakfast was not bad at this price range. friendly staff.

Extremely small room,good location,friendly staff
We have never stayed in such a small room. Literally there was not enough space to open a large suitcase in it. The location was great and very near by the blue mosque. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. The breakfast was ready made (no choices) and the same every morning so we decided to look at other places after the second day. Unfortunately every word and step in the staircase can be clearly heard from your room. But overall it was good value for money and we really enjoyed Istanbul!

Out of all hotels that I have stayed at in Italy, Miami and Germany...Deniz houses from istanbul is the best. The breakfast is varied, nourishing, delicious. It is within 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque and also the shore. the room was clean with free drinks. We loved it!

Nice Hotel right in the Old District
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff was always helpful and friendly and the room and building were always kept tidy and clean. Breakfast was great and we were able to enjoy it on their lovely roof top patio looking out over Istanbul. We really enjoyed our stay!

Layover for trip
For only short stay the staff was friendly, rooms was nice. Not a big place but overall nice little place. It is also a short walk to different things and for me a plus was airport shuttle.
