Cons: Room service after 23.00 hours
Location: Can visit Cevahir Shooping mall
Hotel quite convenient for Istanbul business centre.Comfortable room but there was a sound of water filling a tank a bit irritating in the middle of night. Also room service is quite limited after 23.00 hours.Ordered Turkish coffee and fruit plate.Coffee was the worst i had in Istanbul(seemed watery not enough coffee) and the fruit plate too small for what was charged. Thanks

Clean hotel - but expensive wi-fiPosted Oct 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was put in a room next to the lift which was annoying but hotel did move me without too much issue. Dispointed that wi-fi is not free and is expensive!

Only good for businessPosted Oct 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a business hotel. It is clean, efficient and the breakfast is varied. The rooms are small in size so I would not recommend them for a holiday. Pleasant staff, especially at the patisserie.

Good hotel for the business district of Istanbul.Posted Oct 3, 2013
Cons: More cleanness in rooms and noise from the main road.
Location: Main company headquarters nearby..
A bit noisy due to location.Bar staff not up to scratch, asked for ice never got it etc.The carpet in the room needs to be hoovered better.

Good hotel in good part of the cityPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at this hotel for about 5 days. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, business centres and many attractions. I would recommend this hotel over any located in the old city. The service provided at the hotel was great, my only criticism would be that the hotel rooms require some tlc, a bit of updating, but other than that it is very comfortable.

Good business hotel in central IstanbulPosted Jun 4, 2013
Hotel accessible and centrally located. Quality of public rooms ok. Bedroom well appointed if rather small. All services functioned well though. No significant noise distrubrance at any point. Good quality of service by reception. Breakfasts consumed in resturant were adequate but food could have been hotter in some cases.

Very disappointed!Posted Feb 5, 2013
Pros: Location and cleanliness!
Cons: Rooms, condition of rooms... Not a business-friendly hotel!
Before staying at this hotel, I heard very good things about the brand, Divan. I was very disappointed. Rooms are very small. Eve though I got an upgrade, I had a very small study desk (smaller than what I had at my college dorm room). It's almost impossible to work at such a small desk! Surprisingly, it was not very business-oriented hotel, either. Their wi-fi did not work in my room. I needed to go to lobby to have an internet access. (Even though I told them the situation, they charged me for the internet access). It was like a joke. I did not even bother to challenge! Anything good about the hotel! Well location first, and cleanliness! Their cafe offers very delicious pastries and great coffee!

Disgrace for the Divan brandPosted Oct 11, 2012
Pros: Nice restaurant
Location: Great for business travelers
Affordable price. But very small rooms, old and dirty furniture, uncomfortable beds. There are much better options but if you must stay in the Sisli area, would be ok for a couple of nights.
