Was expecting something better for the price I paid, the sink broke while we were there and the one of the lights in the room wouldn't switch off so it was really annoying when it came to bed time. Both times, when I called the careline, they sent someone straight to fix the problem. Room service was inconsistent at times, they wouldn't always refill tea's, milks, etc just annoying when you want to have a cuppa in the evening!

It was a great clean hotel and the staff was really helpful. Major disadvantage was its location on the Asian side far enough from the European side where the majority of attractions exist. Watch out of the taxi cabs prices because gas there is quiet expensive. Ferries and mini buses are available as substitutes but you should be aware of the horrible traffic in Istanbul. This hotel should find a solution for the airport transport so visitors will avoid crooks getting 100$ or more for a ride from ataturk airport to the hotel ( around 1 hr and should cost around 60$)

Great hotel at the Asian side. Double Tree hotels in Turkey are way better and higher quality than the ones in the U.S. The location is also great, you have an easy access to everywhere, including European side via ferries. Hotels roof bar/restaurant is a must-see place in Istanbul.

Hotel good standard but relatively simple, albeit with a nice spa. A very good choice if you are visiting friends or businesses on the Asian side. However, it is better located for the tourist spots than may be apparant from a map because the ferries for the European side all leave from a few hundred metres away, and taxis/buses/metro are readily available at the ferry terminals. Good restaurant with fabulous views across the Bosphoros on the roof, but not part of the hotel itself.

Located on the edge of one of the main transportation hubs in Istanbul, this hotel is worth all that they charge. Being a brand new facility, everything is pristine, clean and contemporary. Service is excellent, beginning with fresh off the oven chocolate chip cookies when you check in. Facilities are great, breakfast is splendid, and the staff is warm and helpful at all times. We were there for a wedding which was held at the roof top bar and restaurant, privately ran 360 Istanbul bar and restaurant. Amazing views all around, great food, drinks, great live music and burlesque shows. Stayed here for 5 days, getting anywhere in the city was a breeze with the new metro station and the historic port where you can take a ferry across to the European side. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
