Just visited Istanbul and stayed 6 days at this tiny family owned hotel. Really enjoyed Emine Sultan, we got room 401 at 4 floor, only our room and breakfast terrace on this floor, room was not so big but super clean. Breakfast was nice and different menu each days. Thank you hotel staff for any help with our needs. 10 stars for ever.

The location is great, 5mins walking to blue mosque. Hagia Sofia, Basilica can easily reached by walking. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room indeed is clean even though it is an old building.

If this building was anywhere else it would be condemned. You can only put so much lipstick on a pig!!! Everything in this hotel is wore out. The staff themselves were very good and helpful.

We had an ocean view corner room. Lovely old opening windows with a great view. Breakfast was homemade and tasty. The rooftop area was dated but what a view! We could've spent all night up there. Overall a little dated and very good.

Good location, close to Sultanahmet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. There are some nice shops and restaurants nearby.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Starting with breakfast. It was the best we have had in our travels, The choices were wonderful and the amount was plenty. The men at the front desk were extremely helpful with every request. The location is perfect for restaurants and all the attractions. Everyone should stay here when visiting Istanbul.

Personally I was very disappointed. As the room was nothing like the descriptions or pictures. We ask for comforter and they didnt provide one. Also, there was really bad smell in the room. Staff was ok. The cleaning lady was really nice. The location is good. As its walking distance from main area. The real disappointment was breakfast. Everything was cold and hard to chew and the place was not that clean.

Very convenient location,close to main attractions and transportation. Staff is super friendly,helped us with activities and arranging airport transfer. Mehmed,Mustafa and Safey tried to do everything for our comfortable stay and ladies cooked delicious breakfast for us!!!

The property was close to the airport comparatively and a tourist area. The staff are friendly. The rooms are small, linens are not perfectly clean. The shower is very small. Breakfast is the same every day with limited choice. No shuttle for customers from the airport to the hotel. I have to pay $50 on the first day by van to hotel. The hotel attendant asked me to pay for a refund. No refund was given to me. After my stay, i have to pay $30 in the local currency. No receipt is given.

The cost and location of this property is excellent. The breakfast buffet has tasty salads, sliced meats and cheeses, olives and assorted juices, with coffee and tea. The friendly staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my stay was was very nice.

Excellent staying !
Overall my stay was really excellent and i had enjoyed the days there ! The room was clean, WIFI was okay, AC was good, hot water was okay, the window views were really wonderful. Especially, thanks to the owners of the property who had cooperated a lot with their nice English speaking but it would be great if one more hotel staff is recruited there who could assist anytime even in breakfast which is average and same menu every morning.

The staff were great but unfortunately I can’t say the same about the property. The tv was not working, there was no toilet paper, the windows and floors in the dining room were filthy, I had to go out to buy water to drink and the hand sanitizers were empty. Other than that, it was fine.

Excellent value and friendly staff
Compared to other properties in the area, this Hotel is excellent value. I stayed in a standard double room. The room was small, and definitely wasn't newly re-furbished, but it was clean, comfortable and everything worked just fine! All of the staff were friendly and most of them speak excellent English. The one I spoke to who didn't speak good English really tried to answer all of my questions through google translate, which worked well. Breakfast was fine: I feel like this could have been a slightly different experience outside of COVID times, but plates were prepared and covered for every guest, with tea, coffee, bread and cereal readily available. The location was perfect for someone visiting Istanbul for the first time, as it's within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
