“Lovely little Gem w/great atmospherics.”

The staff was extremely professional and courteous and moved me to a new room upon arrival when they discovered (unbeknownst to me) that my tv wasn't working properly. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was so incredibly helpful and courteous. The location can't be beat and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. I would stay here again and have recommended this hotel to my fellow travellers going to Istanbul in July. The showers were fab too...great water pressure!

This is the 2nd time I"ve stayed at this hotel and I would recommend to to anyone. Its comfortable and small, yet elegant. The rooms are lovely, clean, and you the bathrooms are fantastic. Great shower pressure! The location can't be beat--- its within a five minute walk of the Blue Mosque and the staff was just as helpful and friendly this time as they were the first time. Lovely, lovely hotel!

this hotel is in the heart of historic istanbul- a 2 minute walk to the blue mosque and 5 minutes to topkapi palace. service was great, rooms are spacious and well decorated, wonderful restaurant in the hotel- i highly recommend this hotel

“Great value,excellent location,exceptional staf.”

It was really a fantastic experience.The best value possible. Better than I ever expected. I have stayed in a lot of different hotels, from very expensive to moderately priced one. This hotel provides one of the best services. We were leaving for the airport at 6:00 in the morning, the hotel brought us breakfast at 5:30 per our order the night before and it is free of charge. I will stay again if I ever come back to visit. The only thing that I would do differently is to ask for a room not on the street side, less noise at night, but it was not bad.

“great hotel experience in old city”

Everything in this hotel was simply delightful. It's proximity to all of the main attractions and the views from the rooftop terrace made it the best possible experience we could have hoped for. The hotel staff was friendly, helping us with directions, tips on visiting the Asian side of Istanbul and with making dinner reservations. The daily morning breakfasts were the perfect way to start each day of sightseeing.

Internet problems, extra ordinary delay for room service, restaurant and bar service. High exchange rates. Very prestigeous & impressive spaces. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms could be shadely bigger for this category.

rooms are small but very clean .staff was very ,very helpful- our luggage was delayed they call airport until we got results.they also supplied toothpaste-shaving needs etc. it would be a plus if they had shower curtian

“Great for individuals or couples.”

It is an outstanding hotel located in the middle of historic Istanbul. It is walking distance to Haghia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Cağaloğlu Hamam and many others touristic places and attractions. For those who like working out and relaxing in the hotel, it does neither have a gym nor a spa. Some small rooms are too hot and the air conditioning system does not allow to adjust the temperature for individual rooms. In general it is a great hotel to stay in Istanbul.

“Eresin crown istanbul”

The location of this small mid-range hotel is ideal if you want to be able to walk around Old Istanbul and be close to all the sites. I was there during Ramadan which may explain why the otherwise very quiet hotel was blasted with loud music mignthly beginning around 9:30 pm thru midnight and beyond. Thoughr breakfast was included I did not return after the first morning, the food was mediocre. I never took another meal there so i cannot speak of the restaurant although i woul suggest going on the roof where there is a spectacular view. My 'superior' room was small, very dark, with precious little storage room for personal effects; overall it is a good tourist hotel if you want a cheap conveniently located residence for a short stay in Istanbul. The star rating was vastly overestimated.
