Wonderful hotel with wonderful staffPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located for all the sights in Sultanahmet. The Blue Mosque is 5 minutes walk away.
This hotel had everything we expected from a luxury hotel, but what stood out is something that we didn't necessarily expect and that was the outstanding service. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by all the staff. This is partly due to the relatively small size of the hotel which has about 65 rooms. This allows the staff to treat you as if you were the only guest in the hotel.

Well located for both cultural and shopping venuesPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and well located, welcoming staff and services provided.
Cons: All OK!
When we checked in we were offered a suite upgrade for a fee...but on seeing our room and it's location on 3rd Floor we were very pleased and decide to stay put. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge area and my wife took tea a couple of times outside in the sheltered courtyard ...as it was breezy and unseasonably cool in March. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and Sultanahamet area where it is located...looking forward to a return trip !

Very Nice HotelPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Room is service very often, complimentary pancakes
Have stayed in Four Seasons Qatar & London, in comparison it was the least luxury, however for it's location and in comparison to other hotels in Istanbul it is one of the best.

Great location for first-time sightseersPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: It was pretty, comfortable, cleverly engineered so you had everything you needed (in-room espresso machine: great!), and enthusiastic staff.
Cons: An extra bedside table on the outside of the queen beds would be good, and we had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi. Otherwise perfect!
Location: Roll out of the hotel and get to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi, and the Archaeology museum in 5 minutes. Great rooftop restaurant next door.
My husband and I have wanted to see Istanbul for 20 years, and took our teenage son with us. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and while the room was not as big as some Four Seasons properties, it was perfectly laid out with a comfy sofa and chair, good beds, beautiful bathroom, and a large hall with two big closets that doubled as a changing room. The staff were smiley and friendly and extremely kind to our son, who got extra goodies and additional input on exploring the area. We could see the Hagia Sophia from our room! Really good restaurant, and everything spotlessly clean on our schedule. A real oasis of calm, and as it turned out, February was a better time to go than we had dared to hope: no need for reservations anywhere, and big sights, so nearby, relatively deserted.

Great hotel and fantastic location!Posted Feb 17, 2014
Cons: It's perfect the way it is.
Location: Tours and the Blue Mosque are near as with the shore (10 min walk). The Grand Bazar and Golden Horn area are bout 20 min walk from the hotel.
Astounding service and staff at the Four Seasons. Staff met every need and the room was fabulous. Bed was superb and the pillows were dreamy. I have since contacted the staff to see what company made the pillows. Water and fruit delivered nightly to the room was refreshing after a long day of visiting the sites.
