“Glad to have made this choice.”

For the budget I had, I'm glad to have made this choice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast exquisite. I expected it to have a proper lobby though.

a lovely hotel very friendly staff very nice spa called silver spa the food is very tasty and with good price compered to other places in Istanbul the room is very clean the view is very good but the only disadvantage is the size of the room a little bit small all in all a very nice hotel compared to several others 5 stars hotels in Istanbul

location is great also the service and cleanliness however the breakfast is limited and should include omelette ,turkish coffee and more fruits. the room is a bit small but overall our stay and staff were great and will be back soon

“Nice modern Hotel with great location.”

The hotel was very modern and the staff very pleasant. Nice view of Bosphorous from the restaurant and our room. Location was great.One minute walk to Taksim square. Our breakfast was included and it was very good. The spa and their Hamam treatment was amazing!

“Great location, staff and stay”

The room was very clean and comfort. The staff was more than friendly and very helpful during the whole stay. The location of the hotel was superb (1 min from Taksim square with access in underground and buses).

“Elegant low key choice in Taksim Square”

A small hotel located in a relatively quiet corner of Taksim Sq. Friendly staff. High floors have spectacular views. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very fast wifi. We toured the extensive spa facility but did not have time to partake.

There was a hard rain one day after which the telephone in our room did not work for outside calls. The rain also caused a leak in the lobby. Otherwise the staff was very nice (some had limited English), the breakfast was superb and the location was great

It is good hotel right in the heart of Taxim square , and around other five start hotels , hotel is clean and friendsly staff , its just that the room are bit small compare to the star rating and price

“Good place to stay”

I had a problem with the room at the first day, the room was small and the glass wall of both the room and bathroom don't give any privacy. The problem was solved on the following day by the front offices manager, he is ver cooperative and friendly.

The hotel location is convenient, however, service is very slow and rooms are small.
