LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!Posted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: Good staff, good location, good breakfast. The location was superb.
Cons: Better bed linen, pillows, and towels. The towels smell clean but looks dingy.
Location: The location simply CANNOT BE BEAT!
We were able to walk everywhere, the hotel was close to tour attractions, good food, and great shopping as it was so close to the GRAND BAZAAR. The hotel staff was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was convenient and reliable. We enjoyed our stay VERY VERY MUCH and would stay there again. We are definitely recommending this hotel to our friends.

Perfect hotel for the Old City.Posted Sep 10, 2014
Location: It's location is around 150 yards/meters to the Hagia Sophia church and in close walking distance to the Blue Mosque and other major attractions.
This is a truly excellent hotel. The hotel is only 3 years old and looks brand new. The room and facilities are in brand new condition. The design is modern, but comfortable. Medium sized room with comfortable bed and ultra modern bathroom. The shower has a rain shower head and multiple shower jets, which is a great way to start the day. Tea/coffee/fridge in the room. As a British/American, the breakfast was not really to my taste, but there are so many other choices in all the local restaurants. The staff - fantastic, amongst the best I have ever experienced in my global travels. If I return to Istanbul, this is the first and only hotel I will consider.

perfect hotelPosted Aug 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was located steps from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkopi Palace. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants. An easy walk to the Grand Bazaar. This is my second trip to Istanbul and I would stay here again.

Convenient Hotel Close to the Major Sights.Posted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here just for one night after a cruise. We had seen it on other trips to Istanbul and thought that it would be perfect for a short stay. It doesn't have the charm of other boutique hotels in the area but it was clean with large rooms, comfortable beds, soundproofing on the windows and the location cannot be faulted. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was large and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Immaculate rooms - lousy breakfastPosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfect location for main tourist sights. Quite modern and very well maintained. Room was spacious and well equipped. However breakfast was basic... synthetic orange juice, poor selection of hot foods, non-existence of staff to assist. Would strongly recommend hotel to everyone who wants to pay a little extra for comfort.

Hagia Sophia Hotel, IstanbulPosted Jun 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is fabulous, location is spot on and close to all attractions and transport, we stayed for 2 nights on a middle holiday mini break, the rooms are very spacious and well appointed with lovely bathrooms but i would ask for a higher floor room with a street view, the room has complimentary tea and coffee with a pay for mini bar and tv etc with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We had room only but buffet hot and cold breakfast available for 10 euros per person which was well worth it. The hotel also has a great bar called the Shield Bar with an outside seating area, this had a great selection of spirits, beers etc and again staff very friendly. So overall I would recommend a stay in this hotel.
