Hotel in a good central location to all attractions. Tram at end of the road . The room was basic but fine for our needs . Bathroom was very scruffy and had a very bad smell which got worse after a few days , I understand from staff this is a problem in this area . Staff were very helpful and courteous. Restaurant and bar on top floor has a stunning view of Blue Mosque and surrounding area . We ate dinner there in our first night but it was very mediocre and expensive so would not recommend. Breakfast was ok .

I have nothing to complain about this hotel.. very close to everything and many restaurants near by.. the staffs are super friendly and helpful that make the hotel even more enjoyable.. my room has the Blue mosque view it’s amazing especially at night … the breakfast is also good

I had a miserable experience as I got severely sick with Covid from staying in this hotel because it was dirty, and filthy, had afoul smell from backed-up sewage pipes and there were stray animals in the lobby and outside rooms that were carrying disease and may have rabbies. Even the other guests that were staying in this hotel got sick before checkout. The bathroom and toilet wer clogged so I had to go outside as they took couple days to fix it and it clogged again because they had sewage back up in the main sewage pipes which caused backflow and foul smell. The bathroom also had mold and there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. The room was not clean and the floor was filled with dust and dirt and the heating system was not working and it was freezing cold outside. On top of all this even the TV in the room was not working. The gentleman working at the front desk was a con artist with full of lies and even though I had booked a bigger room with the view of blue mosque he swapped it to a smaller room with no view from the window. Dont go by the edited photos of this hotel, it's old and in dilapidated condition and needs significant repairs and staying here is a health hazard and its not a safe place. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was within walking distance to blue mosque but based on the negative overall experience due to multiple issues I dont recommend this hotel and one should book other hotels in the vicinity that are well maintained and cleaner.

This is our second visit and already planning for the third. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else but here. Staff are exceptional. We checked in and we got our room upgraded for free. Nice clean tidy hotel with everything within reach.10/10

Loved this place! The views from our room were incredible AND the rooftop terrace even better! This hotel is probably the nicest , most modern and has the best views in all of Sultanahmet! I highly recommend staying here, the location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the historical mosques and I love hearing the Azaan from our room! The staff are even better and SO helpful!

This hotel has the best location in central old Istanbul, and a short walk to the Grand Bazzar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cisterns. And close to the tram and port. The Fine Dine Restaurant on the rooftop has the best view of the city scape. Our room in the 6 floor, had the most gorgeous view of Istanbul. Service is prompt and efficient. Stay Here.

It’s not often that the rooms and view look exactly like the website pictures - at Arcadia Blue they do! Just stunning views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent - lots of choice. Location is superb - minutes walking to major sites and the tram. Top tip don’t bother with the boat tours get a commenter ferry across to Kadikoy and Uskadaur on the Asian side - it costs about 70p each way!

This was my third time staying at this property. I used to love staying here as my past experience have been phenomenal. But a lot was changed this time. The property has not been very well maintained. I found out from an old staff that it’s under new management after Covid. And believe me the service has gone totally downhill. They used to have the best breakfast buffet with lots of variety and now it has changed to a la cart. Problem with that is, the menu is same 7 days a week which gets pretty boring if you’re staying more than 2 nights. The staff would only take your order promptly the first time. After that, they start ignoring you. And if you have to order something the third time, it feels like you’re begging them. They don’t even give you a refill on orange juice without asking. I needed a wheelchair and the one provided to me was broken. I complained several times and each time they promised they will fix it and never did. The floor of my room was super dirty as well. I would never book this hotel again.

Our stay here was fantastic. Desk staff and valets were very friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a room with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Blue Mosque and Bosporus Strait. The room was simple, clean and modern. The huge glass window also opens up like a French door, it was amazing. Desk staff offered guide services (which we declined) and also offered to set up transportation to the airport (which we used). The hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar. A train station is also nearby so you can easily get to the Galata Bridge or over the Golden Horn for a short walk to Galata Tower. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Istanbul. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are looking!

This hotel is amazing!
Front desk was very, very helpful. I have not experienced the type of service that I received there before. Highly recommend the hotel for its location too. Plus the best views from the. 9th floor restaurant.
