Hi.Dear Mohanad, Thanks for preferring our hotel for your recent stay in Istanbul.It was 17 square meter, the room you stayed in.We are sorry for giving you this room.Your reservation was last minute so there wasn't other option.There is temporal construction work at next building but they don't start before 10.00 a m but one day they have started at 09:00 a.m I immediately asked them to stop work.The walls are in normal standard like 16 cm thick.The noise was out of our control.I and other staff usually very friendly with the guests but beside that we have some rules that we have to apply.I think your situation was one of it. I have talked to the staff,he told me that first day, I didn't let his 2 or 3 friends go up in to the room, most probably you became angry for it.I manage this hotel since 16 years, nobody broke a door until now.There isn't safe box in each room but we have main safe box,if guests require, we receive their items to protect.It is written at the reception desk.
