Grazioso Hotel vicino la moschea blu

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: La sala breakfast panoramica
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Nice and cheap hotel in good location

Posted Jan 2, 2015
pros: Breakfast is excellent, both the food and the environment (top floor with large glass window that you could see the Blue Mosque and vicinity during your meal) Location is good, walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, and other sightseeing sites in old town. Good price, but the room is clean and self-contained. cons: our room is facing the inner corner of the hotel, so we could look into another room on the other side. It's ok if you plan to put off the curtain during the stay.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, free airport shuttle.
Cons: Better regulation of room temperature. Put a mirror on the wall next to the hair dryer so dryer cord is not stretched to the full.
The hotel is centrally located in Sultanahmet just off the main tramway, with Sultanahmet stop just a few minutes away. Hotel is good 3-star standard, although the room I had was very hot ( for me, who prefers cooler to warmer) and the staff person I spoke to said that the air conditioning is only on cool during summer, so I slept - in the middle of winter - with no bed coverings on at all. Breakfast is great, with a huge range of foods to choose from to suit all cultures. I really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport because I had stayed at least 3 nights.

Three Star Hotel at its Best in Sultanahmet

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Walk to the Grand Bazaar, to the Sultanahmet tramway station, to the Blue Mosque, the Haggia Sofia, and the Topkapi Palace.
It was all truth what I read about the friendly staff at Hotel Nena, from my arrival till my very early in the morning check out after 10 wonderful nights there. The view could not be better. Up at the terrace you can see from right to left the Blue Mosque, the Haggia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and the Bosforus. There you have a buffet breakfast that is complete with a variety of eggs, vegetables, fruits, breads, and coffee or tea. Actually, after checking in I had dinner at their restaurant and the vegetarian casserole was delicious. More good things about the staff. They called me at my room and asked me if I had lost some money. I checked in my pockets and told them if it was a hundred dollars, that they were mine, they were really holding one hundred twenty dollars that I lost near the reception desk. I will never forget staff smiles, there was honesty too. If you choose like me a three star hotel by location (city center), cleanliness and safety, Hotel Nena is one of the best I've been, if not the best.

Location, Breakfast, Staff

Posted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: Great location, nice staff.
Cons: Staff at the desk recommended Kalamar restaurant, for seafood with Turkish music. Staff must have been paid to send tourists there. Terrible.
Location: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topaki Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazar, tram, money exchange, street food.
The location of the hotel is great. We took the train and tram from the airport and walked to the hotel from the tram. It is walking distance from the "can't miss" tourist sites. Staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a dramatic view.

朝食を食べながらの景色が最高

Posted Dec 15, 2014

Changement d'hotel après réclamation

Posted Dec 12, 2014

Holiday in Istanbul

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: Great location, affordable, and customer service.
Hotel Nena is perfectly located in the old town area of Istanbul, near many top attractions and public transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace restaurant has an amazing view of the Bosphorus, with a complimentary breakfast that offers a variety of options. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
