Amazing area, 5 min walk from main attractions. Buffet was great and hotel staff, from reception to dining was perfect. Was a bit surprised that our room was located across the road from the actual hotel but I guess this is because we ordered a bigger room (family room) so no issue there. Overall, great stay!

Seraglio Hotel & Suites is in the best location in old Istanbul, major attractions, such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica of Cistern, etc.. are within walking distance, very convenient for travelers. There are plenty restaurants and shops around. Very friendly staff giving us all kinds of info and advise in sightsees and activities. Breakfast is wonderful with best view of the city and Bosphorus. Very clean and comfortable room/beds, we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

2nd visit to this hotel. Few minutes walk to Blue Mosque with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Clean, comfotable hotel in close proximity to the tourist attractions in Sultanamet. Very friendly staff and a good spread for breakfast buffet - on the goor terrace. Definetely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Seraglio Hotel for 7 nights. The best points about this hotel is location, friendly staff and view for the breakfast area. However, we lost our power a couple of times which had to wait for the conditioner to restart. The elevator fan was not working and the mattress and pillow not very comfortable. Also, there was a occasionally sewer smell in bathroom which was very unpleasant.

If you get a chance to stay at the seraglio hotel, definitely do not hesitate. This property is amazing. The location is great, breakfast and staff are amazing. I am very keen on cleanliness, and this property was very clean. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. Walking distance to attractions and the metro line. You will not be disappointed. When I return to Istanbul, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Really lovely property- hidden amongst the gazillion hotels a lovely gem. A 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and perhaps a 15 minute walk from many of the historical attractions of Istanbul. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean and a fair size too.I’d certainly visit again.

Basically you are staying in a house which is decent from inside but its not the actual hotel. The hotel is a separate building opposite. The breakfast was very basic and the entrance is near large bins with left over meat on the floor put out for cats. Will not stay there again.

Bad start with poor coordination on airport pick up.No sign for driver as arranged with hotel. Also was passed off to another van without explanation. Awful reception at front desk by one personnel who made a comment of " Are you sure you even have a room"? After waking to be at the Cappadoccia airport at 530am and a noisy flight to Istanbul, this is was a horrible statement even if said in jest. All i could say was" I have paid in advance to Hotel.com over two months ago...they have a lawsuit waiting for them including you if I don't have a room". Can you imagine how awkward this situation was that i paid for with good money.

I very much liked the location and the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was perfect for a family of 5, amazing view at the terrace for the daily breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nice and modern. The extra bed for kids is great. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Parking is just like the rest of Turkey: you have to hunt for a spot or use one of the 'OTOPARK' paid parking lots. There were plenty in the area.
