I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items. It seemed a little sparse to me. The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes. I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this. The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass. How disappointing!

Staff was super helpful and friendly, called the airport to inquire about lust luggage. Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Breakfast starts a bit too late if you're on a work schedule.

The check-in process was very easy and quick, and the staff was very nice and he provided many details about the facility and the streets outside. He also arranged our taxi early in the morning to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will come back to stay next time!

Great spot to base yourself.
Hotel was just what we needed. Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

GREAT STAFF.. Nice neighborhood, quiet place and few restaurants and shopping in 15mins walking but very very hilly, any types of mobility situations and it can be challenging! Limited English tv situations but good WIFI and hotel water!!

Thing I liked: 1) The staff is the most valuable thing this hotel has. 2) The location to me was great but some taxies refuse to drive you back there because of the traffic so they will ask for extra money well usually most taxi drivers will ask for extra 3) Places very close to the hotel location: there are many coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and parks all around the place 3-7 min. Walk and the bosphorus is 7-10 min. Away also on foot. the only two things I didn’t like are: A. I really missed the microwave for fast heating B. Some hotel guests were complaining about the cold so they changed the whole hotel AC system into heat (even if you have it on cold) which made me sweat all the time and I couldn’t sleep well in the last 4-5 nights plus the heat gave me headache and lack of sleep, my wife also told me that she felt the heat too although she feel cold easily. The response of the staff was quick and very friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t help me on that, they suggested for me to open the windows but if i did there will be no privacy at all, the same scenario will happen if I close the curtains it will block the wind. On the other hand the number of guests wanted the heat cannot be ignored so I lived with the heat until the last (4-5) nights until my check-out. This is how I see about the hotel and I really appreciate the hotel staff all of them were amazing, cooperative and, friendly never felt unsafe with my two years old daughter running

The place was great and comfortable. I just do feel that there should be more lighting in the room. I wish we got a sea view room, that would have made things great. I also do feel that cleaning the room should be available 24 hours at the cost being charged per night. I also feel that unlimited water should also be provided to the guests like other hotels. Overall had a great time. The area is really nice. The rooms are spacious nd the cleanliness was good overall

Amazing!
If it was possible I would give the hotel 10 stars. Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing staff!!! The person on reception in the late afternoon was exceptionally helpful! My baby was running fever, he found a doctor who came within 1 hour, he helped to sort out the booking when we had to stay one extra night. Overall great experience with this hotel.

The receptionist couldn’t extend the check out time by 1 hour even though I requested it in the morning, she kept arguing and arguing which to me was completely unnecessary, Istanbul is a crowded area and sometimes it takes longer to commute but she wouldn’t understand this. Very frustrating and disappointing to have to argue when u are on vacation, honestly it ruined the whole experience and it wasn’t worth it, the bed was not comfortable and the room is small.

However, for these requests, our guests inform the reception before c/out. If we cannot approve the late check-out of the room, we can take the luggage of our guests to our luggage room and keep them until the hour they wish. While you were passing by at the reception at 12:07 on the day of departure without giving any information, you said that we have an appointment and we will leave at 13:00. I'm sorry but I told you that it is not possible for us to check out until 13:00. I told you that we can take your luggage to our luggage room if you wish. I conveyed that I had to take the room at 12:30 maximum because the room should be ventilated, cleaned and disinfected for our guest who will come to that room. But you left without even answering. You came at 13:20 and took your things from the room and left. While we were trying to explain the situation to you, you raised your voice and accused us. You have conveyed that there is a late check-out all over the world and that you have the right to do so. This cannot be guaranteed in any hotel in the world. If our hotel was available, we would be happy to help. We should also state that; Our rooms are 45 square meters. It has a dressing room, a separate kitchen from the sleeping area, and a living area. even we opened extra bed for your brother as free of charge. And when we asked you if you had any needs in your room after you went to the first room, you said that you were satisfied. Like our other guests, we did everything we could to make you satisfied, but it was a negative experience for you and a sad experience for us. We wish you a nice stay in Istanbul. Regards,

Great property. Our room (Jr Suite) was spacious, clean and comfortable (living area, bedroom area, kitchen). If I had to pick on something, it would be helpful to have a lamp on the desk. It was a bit dark working from it as other sources of light were far. The layout of the room was well thought out. There was even a walk in closet! Staff was amazing! Yaprak at the front desk speaks perfect English and is super sweet and helpful. She helped me to set up a covid test (nurses came to the hotel!). Results were ready in about 10 hours. The other front desk guy was also very helpful and set up a cab for us. Breakfast was not included in the price but it was available in the cafe downstairs and was delicious (organic high quality cheese, eggs, cukes and tomatoes). The restaurant options were poor around the hotel. We had to walk for 15-20 min to find one. There are coffee shops and a supermarket very close by. It’s not a touristic area, no souvenir shops around. Some high end stores are close by.

I went twice to this place, it is very convenient, large apartments, great location, and staff is very helpful! The location has everything you need around it, walk 200m right and left and you will realize how the neighborhood is very convenient. Also, it is walking distance from Rumeli Caddesi, if you wanna do some quality shopping. Highly recommended and definitely staying here when I go back to Istanbul.

Great value and location, large space
I was blown away by the size of this room. The enormous closet was nice for stowing away luggage, and keeping it from cluttering the bedroom. The working and lounge areas are appreciated, as well. It was very clean. The price was surprisingly modest, and it's in a great location. My friends live in a very posh apartment of Besiktas, and this was a short walk away. Very happy to find this!

Clean, spacious, central and great value for money. In less than 5 min walking there are great cafes and resturants. As other people have stated previously the apartments are placed on a steep road, after a long day of walking around in Istanbul its not ideal. The AC worked without a problem, the internet was sometimes really slow, but it worked. The staff are friendly and helpful and i was able to call them to get the room one day earlier than what i had booked. would recomend!

Great location with a foot note - read my review
The place was very nice, friendly staff (with little English skills) and nice installations although the area around the stairs smells funny. The area around was very nice a short walking distance to the ferry and IST buses to the airport as well as to a trendy bar/restaurant scene. It also has easy access to the buses that take you to the big hits at Sultanahmet. Only a heads up: and this is not related to the hotel but to the general safety of visitors, coming back at night after a pizza and some beers, a random stranger approach me 300m from the hotel and punch my face breaking my glasses and almost my nose. I ended up in the hospital checking if everything was ok. Normally I would say the area is great and it seemed pretty safe, but be careful, you are still in Turkey and you might have a false sense of security in a country where young males need to show their bravado by showing stupid and chauvinistic displays of testosterone (as a fair note, the guys from the bar in front of where I was hit (a bar call "Craft Beer") were very nice and helped me getting clean from all the blood and calling an ambulance for me; go for a beer there, they deserve the good press).

Great location
Nice location, friendly staff but little English skills. The area around the staircase smells a bit funny but overall it was a good base.
