Staff, staff, staff. We keep coming back for the service staff. Receptionists, Orange restaurant staff (all), bar. Keep it up.
Rooms especially bathrooms will need attention for repairs. Not dirty, just dated
Marriott Hotel offers a superb blend of luxury, impeccable service, and prime location, making it an excellent choice for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing breakfast hall staff. But, lots of cosmetic medical patience going around in breakfast and throughout the hotel with bloody gauze or even drains which is neither hygienic nor comfortable. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. This was my second stay at this location as i traveled from the US. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful when i had questions about how to get around.

The stuff was really very rude
- at check in the asked for a passport Although I have a Turkish identity.
- at the entrance, guy was very rude and we have our stuff and baby in hand , he didn’t alow us to enter before he see out he’s code,
- i ordered a dinner and the didn’t accept to bill it on my room, and I had to go to the car to bring the wallet.
- my friend was staying in 11 floor, and me at 21th floor, and i asked reception to allow me to go to 11th floor to my friends, and he told me for security reason will not allow me to go there( not logical )
For sure don’t try it

My stay was amazing. As soon we arrived to the hotel we were upgraded to Executive suite instead of deluxe. We got smoking room which we were happy with that as we smoke. The room was luxurious including bed and bedding. Huge tv. The bathroom was great. Cleaning service every morning as per our request. There are few places to eat at the hotel which are by the pool bar or restaurant downstairs. We also had room service as we were lazy to take a taxi to eat outside. Hotel has great gym. State of the art equipment. Great pool. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Anything you need you can get it. Special thanks to Mr Enes for accommodating our needs like booking restaurant or booking nail appointment then cancelling for us as we did not have local number. We already missing the hotel and treatment there. We are definitely coming back in few months. Forgot to mention that we had late flight and hotel gave us late check out at 4pm which was really great and convenient for us. Great hotel.

In the research I made following your sharing, I see a new reservation made a few days before the departure date of your reservation. However, since the floor you were on was reserved for a group organization for long time before you made your reservation, we had to give a new room for your newly created reservation. The room you just passed over is in the same standard as the room you stayed in and is on a higher floor.
