“short stay but nice”

we actually stayed for a very short time and we had already booked by expedia so when our booked time was over we asked if we can book 3 more nights but surprisingly the price has escilated to more than double what we paid through expedia and there was no available rooms till after a week in general the stay was nice, the room was clean with nice clean towels and bathrobes, breakfast was simple with not a lot of choices but it was ok in general, i enjoyed my stay over there and would recommend it to others

The hotel room was very good.... but... The carpet was not vacuumed properly, one fluff stayed on the floor for days. It took me 4 attempts and 5 hours to explain the staff that a bath robe should have a belt. The bathroom was very big, but for 4 towels and 2 bath robes you only have 2 hangers. Nescafe for breakfast is in turkey really an insult to the Turkish coffee tradition. The fruit salad was several days old until it was exchanged. Welcome from the sales manager was very good and professional, sadly the rest of the staff cannot keep up with this quality. Prior to the journey it was said that a shuttle service with a sign with my name was waiting for me. But no one was there, so I had to call the hotel, and after a while, they managed to get the driver there. With 35Euro per person the service should be better.
