Well located small roomsPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The room heating, and the bed.
Cons: Bathroom size, breakfast.
Location: Well located within walking distance from all the interesting things in Sultan Ahmed area.
The hotel was well located, like 200 yards from the Blue Mosque and same distance from Sultan Ahmed Square. Also within walking distance from the Great Bazar and other relevant stuff. The crew was nice and helpful. The room was not as big as you may expect from a 4 stars, wardrobes were very small. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, you could touch the four walls of it extending your arms standing on its center, there were no hangers or hooks or anything to hang the towels, poorly illuminated ( ultra bad for making up) , no place to let your toiletries, just the sink and nothing else. The heating was very good, it kept the room at constant 26 degrees C. Breakfast was limited for a 4 stars. The juice was not really juice but that stuff you dissolve in water. No sweet things like cakes or croissants.

Near the Blue MosquePosted Nov 20, 2014
Cons: Light era rooms.
Location: A convenience store around the córner. Sultán heme tram stop about 7-10 minutes walk.
It is a standard hotel ,located near Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. Staff is friendly. Rooms are average, clean a little dark, , , kind of stiff matress, kettle, safe ( did not work well ). Amazing view from the restaurant. Complimentary Hot chocolat, tea and cook íes from 3-5:30 p.m.

Good location but terrible servicePosted Nov 19, 2014
We had booked our reservations 3 months in advance and when we arrived at the hotel they informed us hotel was overbooked and moved us to their neigboring hotel. The 2nd day they told us to move back to the hotel even though they had said we can stay at the neiboring hotel the whole trip. In addition, there were several mishaps by the management during the course of our trip. Breakfast was good and plenty. Service is horrible.

location and viewPosted Nov 3, 2014
Location: take tram and metro to roam around to see sights and museums, palaces and Taxim Sq area. Avoid taxis if can. Bosphoros boat tour worthwhile.
Short walk to historical spots; fantastic rooftop view; clean facilities. Plausibly-superior room too small and no outside window and bathroom just too small; bathtub too tough in and out (risky); buffet breakfasts were excellent with a large variety. Easily use Metro 1 and Tram line 1 to get to hotel from Ataturk airport. Staffs were friendly. Only front desk staff spoke English. For more comfort, look for specific rooms with outside window and view.
