Kahvaltı iyileştirmeye oldukça açık ancak bunun dışında hiçbir problem yoktu. Gayet rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Herkes oldukça ilgili ve yardımcıydı, temizlikle ilgili bir problem yoktu.

Location is amazing for the first time coming People and Hotel room comfort is also very well. We have been there during the covid situation but we are satisfied both personel and their services. Thank you for their care and kind.

Central location, but needs a good cleaning!!!
Check in was smooth, easy, and quick so no problems there. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the city, so you'll hear a lot of the pedestrians, tourists, restaurant noise, etc. from down below the street when you open the window. So if you're looking for complete quiet, this is not the place. When I entered my room, it smelled like they had just sprayed it with air freshener, but after awhile, there was a bit of a musty smell to the room. The pillow cases and bedsheets smelled like smoke, so that was not the most pleasant. But it wasn't unbearable. The floors needed a vacuum - it was quite dusty and lots of hair was still there on the floor. The coffee table, side bed tables all needed dusting. There was a small puddle of water under the closet, which was probably coming from the mini -fridge that was inside the closet. The fridge was not cold at all when I arrived (that's bc when the key card is not placed into the slot, all electricity is turned off. So the fridge had to be plugged in for quite awhile before you got a cold fridge). The bathroom (WC) is probably my biggest complaint. I can tell that when this hotel was new, it was probably nice and clean, but over the years, there has been a buildup of mold and mildew which is on the ceiling of the bathroom. You can smell it. Also, the room wifi was virtually non-existent. Breakfast was decent and the rooftop cafe was nice. Wifi is good there!

A great and cozy place,enjoyable breakfast. Easy access from the ferry port to The hotel is on princess Island.Make sure you check the ferry times ,when booking your flight if your doing a package trip.Remember there are 2 airports ,European side and the Asian side. Istanbul Ataturk is the European side and takes half an hour by shuttle /taxi ,just to the ferry port .I booked a shuttle ,to take me to the ferry port ,Then the ferry is transport for public with no vehicles,to get to princess island took 1 hour and 45 mintues on the ferry boat ,which is also a great journey initself ,as you get to see different locations and ferry station stops (you might decide to go and see at some other point (apprently you can get like a travel card which gives you access to other use on bus and metro (i had not used that ,however thought to mention it). Marine house boutique, reception staff,,day staff Mustafa very friendly very helpful , and patient and accommodating.In the night time they also have staff (24 hours),they try and sort out if you need anything best to their ability. Top floor in hotel s a lovely area where they have breakfast, also a great place to chill out ,and snooker table if you like playing . Also i went beginning of May the weather was rainy (check weather forecast before you travel as to take rain coats with hoods. (water proof / ponchos and some warm cardigans/felt bit chilly .As you can then cycle round the area.

Great place to stay. However, we got stuck in tiny room for 2 people. The other rooms looked very spacious though.

great stay
We stayed 3 to a superior room. The bathroom is small but clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A tasty breakfast is offered. The hotel is behind the main sea front strip so is quieter, entrance is on the side street. Complimentary afternoon tea is provided. A computer is available for guest use if you don't travel with your own. We enjoyed a sea view and the best view is from the breakfast/dining room. We would stay again and would recommend.

OK for 2 or 3 days if you want to see Buyukada.
On the positive side, the staff were pleasant (but spoke little English), the bedroom a/c was efficient and the bedroom was clean and adequately appointed. The unsatisfactory aspects were that the en-suite bathroom was tiny, the breakfast poor and there was no garden so that one could not sit out in the sun.

Really good service
A lovely hotel situated in a great part of town, extremely pleasant and helpfull staff. However a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would have made things more comfortable as would a larger toilet/shower room.all in all an ideal hotel for a short stay.

otel karsılaması resepsıyon gorevlıler cok kıbar ve nazıklerdı. kaldıgımız sure boyunca guleryuzlu bır sekılde yardımcı oldular fakat temizlik konusunda sorunlar vardı. her gun oda temızlenmesıne ragmen yerlerdek sınek olusu bır oncekı musterılerden kalan saclar hep durdu. aynı seklde odaya gırıs yaptıgımız gun de banyo gıderınde oncekı musterılerden kalan saclar vardı. kahvaltı masasında ortulerde yıne aynı sekılde saclar vardı. catal kasık secerken dıkkatlı olmak gerekıyor cunku tam temızlenmemıs kurumus lekelıler var. kahvaltı cestlılıgı az,temel yıyecekler mevcut. kaldıgımız oda arka tarafa bakıyordu.,camı acına dırek cop manzarası ve cop kokusu gelıyordu. camı acık tutamadık.
