Great for old city IstanbulPosted Jun 8, 2013
Cons: Room size
The hotel is excellent and in a good location but the rooms are very small although all spotlessly clean, good budget choice if Hotel. Hotel needs a more prominent sign.

terrific staffPosted Mar 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This small hotel has a communal feel. You are bound to be engaged in friendly chatter with other guests and staff at breakfast and invited to hang about the lobby area for tea in the evening. The room was small and simple, the bathroom very cramped, but everything was well-cleaned.

Great place to stay!!!Posted Mar 4, 2013
Pros: It's very clean, very well located, not expensive and great staff!
Cons: Nothing, all was perfect!
Location: 5 min walk from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. It's just perfect!
We have been there for 4 days. The place is very well located 5 min from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, very clean and staff is nice. Great hospitality, advices and help with whatever we asked for. Good restaurants and shops around. If I come back I will definitely book the same place. Highly recommend!!

Excellent hotel. Excellent value for money. Nothing fancy but very clean, in an excellent location, walking distance to most attractions. Would definately stay again when I visit Istanbul again

Close to everything and staff was very kind and helped us a lot to sort out what to see/do/eat. Room was excellent clean, large and breakfast was great too. Complementary tea was absolutely great too. If anyone wants to stay in this area this place is a perfect choice

Small and ignore the outside approach.Posted Nov 7, 2012
Pros: The shower and bathroom - great and filled with goodies
Cons: Climbing the stairs
Location: Ideal for old town sights, trams and restaurants.
The hotel is kept clean and they provide a good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. The approach to hotel is a bit of a disappointment as the area is a cluttered alley. However the location is good for all the old town sights. We were on third floor which was a struggle up the marble spiral stairs but were helped with cases. They are providing the best service they can in a small building and we were out most of the time so go if you need a great base for sightseeing.

Decent place to stay.Posted Oct 2, 2012
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Some cleanliness issues.
Location: Location is in an alleyway between streets. Perfectly safe area and pretty quiet which is a plus. Five minute walk to Haghia Sophia and restaurants.
The hotel is in a decent location just behind the Haghia Sophia. Staff is friendly but not overly so. Rooms have small details that should be corrected like broken hooks in the bathroom as there was no place to hang your towels or anything else for that matter. One disgusting detail that I wish I had not seen was blood smeared all over my white comforter that I had slept under for two days. Wish I had not noticed that as it was kind of sickening. Hard to believe no one from the hotel staff noticed that but me.
