The model service was good. The staff helped me book my taxi when i airport transfer didn't arrive. My only complaint is that the lights in the the room was not bright enough, though the lighting does give the room a different mood and feel.

Convenient & Pleasant
I was attending meetings in the neighbor and your hotel is the closest and most reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was excellent, hot food was hot and cold food cold. There was a nice variety to choose from.

The hotel unfortunately is located or rather has a very unattractive alley way entrance. The art decor is amazing and even has a small swimming pool or a place to dip after the sauna, for which you have to tell a member of staff to swtich it on, there were one or two helpful member of stuff, language is a huge barrier as only two people managed to speak English. Staff training, customer service is probably an unfamiliar territory. There is so much potential, it would be a great stay for young adventerous couples for the price you pay, through hotrl.com i got great bargsin. Food was superb, breskfadt included with plenty of options. Small bar neefs more seating space to relax. For business i would stay again as it was close to destination otherwise i would give it a miss, because things like having an iron or the safe being so low in the wardrobe was a head rush i could avoid! They do need to improve and when they do it will be great place to stay.

Beautiful rooms
The staff were very nice and helpful. I had a bad experience in one of the other hotels in this chain, but the supervisor, Mr. Berk contacted me right away and resolved the problem. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my stay, so I was very impressed with his management skills, which were above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would definitely stay here myself. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the location is in a nice area of Istanbul, close to shopping and night life.

Fantastic hotel.
Having recently returned from a one week stay at Mood Design hotel in Istanbul, I can tell you that you won't be disappointed if you stay there. The hotel room was beautiful, the service was friendly and speedy and the facilities were great i.e. Sauna, swimming pool. The only thing I would say is if you want to be in the tourist area of Istanbul, this hotel is a bit far and you will need to take the metro/tram to the Sultanahmet tourist area. Other than that I give this hotel 10/10!

We had a deluxe room package and they had reserved us for a standard room. And when they changed it they made it seem like they were doing us a big favor. Room service food was terrible. Hotel was newer and nice. Housekeeping was not that good. I would not recommend this place for leisure. Very nice if you're not going to eat there or talk to the staff or don't care about a spotless bathroom.

Creative hotel for a romantic stay in Istanbul
Really nice hotel with very spacious and creatively designed rooms. Has a very good restaurant service for online ordering. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Situated in a relatively good location, 5 minute walk from the Metro station.

A great choice for Istanbul
Well positioned with easy access to central Istanbul by metro this was a great choice for our short stay. Our family room was clean and well presented with a high standard of fittings. It was big enough for four without being 'generous' in size, but as a suite for two it would have been fabulous. The hotel itself has a modern but classy feel about it and staff were very efficient and helpful.

A very good hotel to stay in
I stayed at mood design for 4 nights! In general, it's a very good hotel to stay in. There's a minibar in the room and you can use its snacks and drinks at an extra cost. The room was pretty clean with apparently sanitized toilet seat and a clean bathroom. Location is within 2 minutes of the 4.Levent subway station which directly takes you to Taksim. The indoor pool that operated until 11:00 pm was a great feather in this hotel's hat despite its small size. I liked the changing colors of the pool's ceiling lights at first, but later they felt ominous in the low-light empty ambience of the pool. I tried to use the sauna, but it wasn't working or maybe I had to ask them to turn it on (?, I didn't care enough to ask). The hotel staff weren't as welcoming as you'd expect them to be. They seemed to be nice people but I suspect they were not well-trained. I hardly remember any of them smiling at me ever or welcoming my stay. But they were very helpful in answering my questions when I contacted them from my room. My room's windows opened to the unpleasant view of another building 1.5-2 meters away which was a drag at first, but l couldn't care less later on. I recommend this hotel as a good-value high-quality hotel with small imperfections that may not count much.

1) Problems with water in our first 4 days. 2) Problems with EL. 3) Other guests made lots of noises and hotel didn’t do anything about it. 4) No parking place. 5) Not a good location. 6) Bad surrounding neighbourhood. Smiling personal. CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Off the tourist beat and great value for money
A boutique style hotel with numerous eating/cafe areas and a basement swimming pool sauna area although the sauna wasn't in commission whilst we were there. Bedroom and bathroom, spacious and well equipped, though no coffee making although there was a little breakfast bar unit with fridge (mini-bar) beneath. Staff were lovely. The area is close to a Movenpick Hotel and an underground railway line but at least 40 minutes from Sutanahmet area and two changes of transport method are required to get there. Budget TL20 per day for public transport if two of you stay here. Plus side to this area are the numerous Turkish roadside cafes/restaurants within walking distance. This is basic turkish food, flat breads, beef chicken, lamb and liver stewed of char-grilled with beans, aubergines, chillies and capsicum in paprika and olive oil and is absolutely delicious whether sat at a formica table or in a fancy restaurant

The location is extremely tricky to find and reach by car, even for locals like me. Parking is also not available at the hotel, but guests are directed to a nearby private car park. There was no minibar in my room, but a basket containing nuts and biscuits etc. The worst part was when I opened a bag of peanuts I discovered that the expiry date was three months ago. Then I checked other items in the basket and at least half of them had expired too. I informed reception about this on check-out and they were very apologetic. However this kind of thing is totally unacceptable at a hotel at this level. I booked this hotel because it was an Expedia secret hotel at a special rate, and advertised as Besiktas area. It is definitely nowhere near Besiktas, but more like Maslak, which is rather far away from Besiktas actually. This is something to bear in mind when you're booking for business trips. To summarise, it was a disappointing experience overall and I would defintiely not go back there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had a nice furniture. It is very close to subway station (50 yards) and a nice mall (Kanyon) is one stop away by subway. The only thing I did not like is parking. Expedia says the hotel has a free parking which is not true. Since the hotel is in very central location (4. Levent which is the business district of Istanbul), you need a miracle to find a parking on the street.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel. Only stayed overnight and didn't like the idea of a room without carpets. Although it is at the business district of Istanbul, because of a major road work, access to the entrance was tough.

I was very dissapointed since the internet did not work in the bedroom and it was poor in the reception. This hotel does not cater well for tourists and their command of English is not very good. The cafe closes at 6pm and without coffee and tea making facilities in the room, this was very inconvenient, especially since the restaurants in the local area are not so good, if any. There are few English television programs on the television. This hotel is ok for Turkish visiting to do business in the area, in my view that´s all- Would not stay there again since it has hardly any facilities, poor !! Staff have no personality which reflects on the overall ambience of the hotel.

I was very disappointed since The hotel has virtually no facilities and their cafe closes at 6 pm. This hotel is only conducive for turkish visitors doing business in that particular district. - the hotel has no life or soul and the staff do not speak English very well. Note - the wifi internet does not work well in the bedrooms, and sometimes does not work in the lobby. Traffic is a problem so i would not advise tourists to stay in this area. I would never stay there again.

The best suite in that region
I stayed in most of the hotels in that region but my suite in the Mood Hotel was the best one, very large and comfortable. What you care is the comfort of the room not the hotel facilities like Spa, swimming pool etc, then this is your choice.

Gepflegtes gutes Hotel
Wir haben das Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht. Es befindet sich wirklich 5 Gehminuten von Metro 4 Levent! Es ist ruhig gelegen. Wir sind ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel, vorallem mit den Mitarbeitern an der Reception. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß geschnitten, gepflegt und haben Tee/Kaffeezubereitung. Frühstück war auch ok. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, irgendwie die Zeit nicht gefunden:) Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
