Pros: The location was excellent, literally a 2 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. Wonderful, kind staff.
Cons: We had a little confusion with the pickup from the airport but I think that was a translational miscommuncation but otherwise nothing needed to improv
Location: Central to everything. One way you go to Blue Mosque area, another direction to the Grand Bazaar, another direction down to Eminonu and the water.
This hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They would look up things for us, make reservations for shows, give us directions, answered any questions we had, set up transport to and from the airport, and meet any of our other requests. Because it's not a big, chain hotel you really get a sense of the turkish culture and immersed in the history around you. We were a group for three friends, the room was big and comfortable with a nice view of the quaint street below. There was plenty of room and space for three women to spread out. The room was cleaned everyday and there were not worries about safety. Fresh, yummy breakfast was served every morning on the covered rooftop with a prime view of the Blue Mosque. There was also an uncovered portion where you could just watch the street life below and even have a view of the Bosphorus strait.

Great location, clean, reasonable price

Pros: Helpful staff, very convenient location
Cons: 1. Couple more power sockets in the room 2. TV programming with some channels in major tourist languages. Currently all programs in Turkish.
Location: Don't miss the ancient Basilica Cistern (or Yerebatan Sarayı - "sunken palace"
Small 17-room hotel close to major attractions. Simple but good breakfast on 5th floor terrace. Elevator, which is not always present in small

We enjoyed it there.

Pros: location, staff
Location: It is close to Bazar, topcopi, and other attractions.
The staff were very helpful. There was a decent breakfast menu. The staff were helpful to find a taxi to return to airport which cost much less than the taxi we took from airport to the hotel. They even held our 6 suitcases until 10 pm that we wanted to get back to airport. The location is perfect to see all attractions close to sultan ahmat neighbourhood.

A really lovely hotel in a brilliant location

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was really good and the view from the roof terrace was outstanding. Rooms really quiet with comfortable beds - Excellent location.
Cons: I struggle to find anything negative to say about the hotel
Location: From the hotel Basilica Cistern 3 mins, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque less than 10 mins, 3 mins to Sultanahmed tram stop. 10 mins walk to Grand Bazaar.
The hotel is tucked away in a side street near the main attractions. The hotel looks modest from the outside but the welcome from the manager Mustafa was really special. The family room (3 beds) is a good size and in good condition - the beds are really comfortable with good quality Egyptian cotton sheets. The rooms are really quiet - no street noise to worry about. The breakfast is served in a covered roof terrace - excellent views of Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The breakfast provided is really nice and well presented my children were spoilt for choice. The staff in the hotel are really nice and very friendly. I certainly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and accommodating; they went above and beyond in helping us! The room was spacious and the hotel itself has a great location...we were less than a minute away from the sultanahmet tram stop on a lively street full of pleasant restaurants.
