Good Hotel in Good AreaPosted Nov 30, 2013
It was nice, convenient and very clean. Typical size for European rooms, the shower was awkward small which was the only thing I would say could be a problem. I felt safe the desk was Very Very Helpful:) and it's close to a few good restaurants and a McDonalds and Burger King. The tram is just the next block up and metro a couple blocks away. They have a nice lil breakfast that will start you off well. I would stay there again for sure or recommend this place for anyone.

We stayed 3 nights here. Room cleanliness excellent, comfortable with newly furnish. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We arrived at 0900hrs, they allowed us to check in before the actual check in time. Nobel hotel is a good place to stay.

Well-located, pleasant, good-value hotelPosted Jun 25, 2013
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at that the Nobel Hotel, and think that it provided excellent value for money (£43 per night including taxes). The location is pretty good - a short walk from Aksaray Metro Station (which is on the direct line to the airport) and is also in walking distance of the main sites in Sultanahmet. The street the hotel is on is also ok, and I felt quite safe walking near the hotel after dark. My room was decent too - quite recently decorated, well equipped (air-con, balcony, flat-screen tv, minibar, toiletries) and immaculately clean. The free wi-fi was generally good too, though sometimes the signal in my room was weak. The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke good English. They recommended a Turkish barber and Turkish baths for me, and I found both of those to be very good and fairly priced. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide choice of fresh / good quality produce. There is also a nice view from the breakfast room on the 7th floor. Note that the lift runs from the Lobby (on the 1st floor) to the 6th floor only - the hotel is entered at ground level and the breakfast room is on the 7th floor. I also found my bath quite small / difficult to get into. These factors could make the hotel difficult for someone with limited mobility. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I thought it provided very good value for money and I'd highly recommend it.

Great hotel, fully recommendedPosted May 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel, everything was within walking distance but not extremely close to the mosque that you'll hear their prayers in the morning. Though the room was a little small, but I certainly didn't mind the size, everything was neat and tidy. It's Istanbul, you'll probably be out pretty late anyways, so the only thing that mattered was really the bed. The breakfast contains a good selection of cheese, hams, cookies, tea, milk, cereals. That is indeed quite a bit of food to choose compared to the ordinary American hotels, which makes them look dull to say the least. Surrounding area has alot of restaurants, shops, and you would totally feel very comfortable walking inside the city. Great location, great hotel, no complaints

A Beautiful Boutique HotelPosted May 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at Nobel Hotel from 23rd April 2013 to 30th April. It was our Honeymoon trip. Initially as posted on hotels.com it comes with a seperate toilet but actually thats not true. I think there must have been some mistake. Hotel room comes with a private toilet n bathroom. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole. I must say this is a small yet beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast was pretty much the same but it was a traditional one. Service was fantastic. Friendly staff. No problem throughout my stay in there. I believe they just renovated the rooms. Aircondition looks new. Hotel lobby looks beautiful with a boutique furniture. No regrets staying in the hotel. Its about 5mins walk to the nearest Tram station with is "Aksaray". Abt 3 stops to the Grand Bazaar and 4 stops to SultanAhmed Blue Mosque. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful environment. There's so much to appreciate and discover in Istanbul.
