Very well prepared and courteous staff. Location between airport and city center is not extremely convenient to either, but a very good value. Excellent room!

“Perfect Transit Hotel”

The Novotel Istanbul is a great hotel if you are traveling through Istanbul and need a place to stay for the night. The staff is great, the hotel is upscale and clean, and it is conveniently located near the airport. I regularly fly into Istanbul to catch connecting flights and will certainly stay at the Novotel again.

“Impressive”

I personally felt very comfortable with this hotel. It is fairly near to the airport and not too far from the main tourists' attractions in the city. The staff were polite and helpful. I would love to come back and stay here if I choose to make another visit in future.

“Wonderful place to stay!”

My wife and I were extremely please with the quality of our room and the good taste in its decor. One small problem we had was understanding how to use the shower! trial and error taught us but some written information would help. We used the hotel to be near the airport and we will book you again for our next flight.

“Great for everyone and dogs are welcome”

We were traveling with our dog and she was welcomed. We we taking care of some business and need to send something to bot the UK and the US. The desk called the FedEx and they cme out to pick up our packages. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

“Novatel Airport stay”

We used this site 15 minutes from the airport for what ended up as only a six-hour stay. For that short visit, everything was perfectly provided, including an oustanding breakfast buffet (not included in the price). Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in all regards. The view of the Marmara Sea is beautiful, had we had time to enjoy it. The hotel is a little further away from the airport than some other hotels; retrospectively, we may have made another choice, given our limited time there, but all the amenities were all very good.

“Would go back”

Even though we only had an overnight stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and our night very quiet. The only slight draw back is there is nothing around it. No restaurants or convenience stores to speak of. But for a good night sleep, well worth it.

The rate is very reasonable, the builing is nice , clean , quite, service is fast, but shortages of bath items always and location is at remote area .and far from every thinings.
