Could be a great place, but staff unfortunately is operating at a disappointing level. Room service only happens if requested, half hearted and usually only involves making the bed, rather than restocking tea/coffee or toiletries when they have been used up. Staff seems to speak excellent English until a concern is brought to them. Not particularly friendly or accommodating. The gym has great equipment for a hotel gym. It is not maintained well, there is no water or towel provided when you head down, but if you need to get a good workout in on the road, there's a range of weights, and other machines that even allow for a halfway decent leg day. So above par variety of equipment, but maintained poorly. I was a single traveller and given a room with three single beds. Only one other room on my floor was used while I was there - not sure about the logic behind that. The "partial Bosphorus view" was facing at the next building. You could see a hint of sea if you squeezed your head against the window. Beds were comfortable - albeit small in my case. Room was nothing noteworthy and there was no view.
