Friendly B&BPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Very friendly
Cons: Cleanliness of terrace
Location: Very convenient for bars and restaurants.
Good B&B, booked and confirmed a particular room high and at the back but they gave it away. Rooms at front suffer from road noise. Enjoyed my stay but disappointed not to have the room agreed and confirmed.

Great experience overall & good valuePosted Sep 1, 2014
Overall a great experience. The room was quite small but very clean and modern. The reception area was stylishly decorated and very cozy. Breakfast was included, and was quite good. The hotel staff were very friendly. Location was pretty good - in Beyoglu - about a 5 minute walk to the more busy/touristy area.

Excellent hotel - fab staff, rooms and breakfastPosted Aug 21, 2014
Everything at Peradays from the moment you step through the door is fab. The staff are so lovely, personable and willing to give a helping hand with anything. We stayed in room 4 which is big and comfortable...just perfect. The breakfast is the biggest and best I've had at a hotel. You really feel special with lovely little touches like a glass of wine when you get in from a busy day to a parting gift when we left. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

Excellent people, great room, great location!Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Modern and comfortable. Great staff
Cons: The sign on the door of the hotel was hard to find at first.
Location: Centrally located to the major areas to see - we walked everywhere but also took the options of trams when we wanted to get somewhere fast.
We stayed 3 nights and then returned for a 4th night. Great home base to explore Istanbul. The staff there are so friendly and made us feel at home. They provided great ideas for things to see while we were there and great places to eat.

Wonderful b & bPosted Jul 12, 2014
A very sweet b &b in Istanbul. More like bring in someone's home who is an incredible host - not like any other b & b I've ever been to. Long & delicious breakfasts, great neighborhood, lovely staff and the owners will do anything in their power to make your stay delightful!

Friendly hotel with excellent value and locationPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The hotel owners are great - very interested in their guests' comfort. Breakfast is very nice with eggs and a different homemade dish everyday.
Location: The location is ideal - less than 5 minutes from Istiqlal and a few more minutes to the Tunel tram. Sultahnamet sites can be reached in 30 minutes.
This was a second stay at Peradays for my family. The hotel is ideal for a visit to Istanbul. The owners are always present, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast is a great start to the day. Wifi works well. They supply a new large bottle of water every day as well.

Owners who make you feel at home!Posted Jun 21, 2014
Peradays is in quite a convenient location just a few blocks off the main street with all the shops and action in the neighborhood. The building itself is quite charming and well renovated, but the real highlight is how the owners Murat and Bora welcome you as if a guest of their home. The breakfasts they serve in the mornings is incredibly generous like a traditional turkish breakfast - fruit, cheese, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, preserves. They also spend the time to help you plan your day of what to see and do in istanbul if you wish - they have maps, suggested places to eat, and even let me borrow a refillable transit card for use during my time there.

Dedicated and attentive owners and staff. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful modern interior decor. Convenient location near Istiklal Caddesi but neighborhood can be noisy at night

Hidden GemPosted Nov 20, 2013
Pros: Loved how personal the hotel felt
Cons: The particular room I stayed in (Room 2), I would have liked an additional light by the door when you first walk into the room.
Location: Lots of great places to eat a huge shopping street
Murat was a great host and resource when planning my trip. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am, exhausted from my flight and the traffic (bridge was closed), but I had a tour the following day at 5 am. Murat was kind enough to call the company to ensure that they knew where the hotel was and was up at 5 am to ensure that I was up and ready for my tour. When I had a chance to browse through the lobby, you can see small gifts that previous clients had left to Murat and Bora for their help, and I didn't think anything of it. However at the end of my stay, because of their kindness I wanted to provide them with some sort of thank you gift as well. Throughout my stay Murat and Bora was great in providing information on must sees and resturant recommendations. Murat even gave my friend and I a Turkish coffee reading. I am sad that I was only there for 3 days.

A Lovely ExperiencePosted May 8, 2013
We really enjoyed our stay at Peradays from May 4-7. The hotel was absolutely adorable and the owners were incredibly hospitable. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place! We had an adorable loft room (number 4) that was quite comfortable. It did get a little warm during some points of the day but once we opened the big windows, the temperature was perfect. The breakfast was a highlight- absolutely delicious. Peradays is located in Beyoglu and is a short walk away from Istikal Street which is definitely where you want to be if you go to Istanbul. Lots of character in that neighborhood and not too touristy like Sultanahmet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul- there is more warmth in this little spot than any other stale big hotel chain could provide.
