Awesome stay - will book again if I visit
There are multiple great things about the hotel. The location is awesome. We were walking distance to a number of key tourist spots. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff (particularly Tolga) went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. The room size was alright considering the central location of the hotel. The breakfast is also good although not a lot of hot food options.

Nice hotel for small peoples.
Great location right in downtown and across the tramway. Walking distance to all major attractions. Now let’s talk about the room. Basically you cannot move in the room, it is so small that you can even keep your suitcase open. No table that you can use or keep your suitcase on it.

Good value for money
The hotel is nice: great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely roof lounge with amazing view. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. But the bathroom needs repairs, bed is small for two people, rooms are not enough soundproofed. Anyway, good value for money.

Best hotel out of 4 hotels I have stayed in Turkey! They hire the friendliest and most professional people. Lady at breakfast area patiently answered my questions about the local food served and she obviously took pride in how all the pastries were made in-house. Doorman helped me carry my luggage one block away to my taxi. The location is also perfect for the average tourist. It is minutes walk away from Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and a bunch of great restaurants. The rooms are a bit small and not as luxurious as expected, but I found most hotels rooms in Turkey tend to be small by China/US/Europe standards, also given its central location and price point, can’t complain about this.

Great staff however the weirdest room configuration; the toilet is literally divided from the test of the room with a pane of glass and the door doesn't fully close, it's a shower room seal so a bit gross.

Was promised a room with sultanhamet view over the reception, what we got in real was a room with tiny window facing another building with 0 view. Breakfast was serve on first floor bar, unlike other hotel serve over the rooftop bar with Hagia Sophia view The location was promising just the empty promise from reception and breakfast quite a let down

Amazing, convenient location
The hotel was amazing. It's a modern hotel and has everything you need and the location is extremely convenient as it's literally 5 min walk to Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia, and about 7 mins or so towards the Grand Bazaar. The hotel comes off the main road where the tram is used so you can just hop on a tram if you want to visit other places such as Taksim square/istiklal in Beyoglu. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel with walls made of cardboard
Very nice hotel with great views from the restaurant on the top floor. Helpful, friendly staff. Only let down by the lack of sound proofing between rooms (I could hear every word of a loud female resident in the neighboring room). Also, can the management fix the doors - you have to slam them to engage the locking system - which makes everyone jump throughout the day and night!

Had a simply superb stay for 4 nights. Location is great, near all the must-see places. Plus it's easy to get on the tram and connect to other public transport. The room and staff were excellent too, we really had nothing to complain about.

Hotel accommodations were excellent! Prior to our trip, staff responded to all my questions via phone and WhatsApp. The pick up at the Airport was very professional and fast to find as indicated with instructions. Upon arrival staff right away offered support helping with luggage and registration. Room was nicely decorated, down to the cute testtube toiletries. The bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was the best offering different menu and taste food being exposed to the Turkish Cuisine. All ladies working in the kitchen deserve a high recognition on the way they prepared food like home cooking. The location was great to major turistic areas, walkable and the plus Metro across the street! I will stay here again! Only one recommendation, bathroom door may be improved by providing more privacy. Order than that a great service hotel!
