Before I booked, they promised me 200 MB internet. I needed fast internet for work. It was only 4 MB. However, they sent IT and upgraded me. They made it just in time before my first webcam meeting. I thank them for working to rectify this, but it shouldn't have been an issue to start with. Also, and this is the most important thing (and the reason why I am leaving a review), the toilet was dirty (if you know what I mean). This is the first time I've experienced this at a hotel (and I stay at a lot of hotels). It was truly gross. I'm sure/hopeful it was a one-off, and this is a nice property... but they need to make sure this never happens again.

It was a great experience thank you. Good hotel location a short walk from Istikal Street, with lots of eateries and shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and changes to the hot dishes daily. We had two junior suites, which were extremely spacious, clean and well equipped and the views over the Golden Horn are breath taking. Many thanks to all and special thanks to Fahriye, who was always on hand to help. Will definitely stay on my next visit and can happily recommend the hotel to others.

A comfortable one but less lively
It was a nice stay and comfortable one! The room has nice view. And also all modern room amenities that you’ll need! But no touch of hospitality! The check- in wasn’t smooth also, I was 30 minutes early I admit , but they told me they will Give me the room in 20 minutes, so I have waited. Each time I went to reception to ask about the room they said, 10 more minutes! Anyway I got my room after 60 minutes as a total! after the whole thing, the reception asked me to provide all data again because there was a new person now. and, during checkout they charged me a sneakers price from the minibar when there was no sneakers and definitely I didn’t touch anything from the minibar. They said ok. Anyway, in my 20 days long turkey trip, I stayed in 9 different hotels and this one was the most expensive one with less hospitality.

Very good experience
The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Staff are very good. Breakfast was great. Thy have massage area, sauna, gym and pool. The location is perfect. However, I would recommend enhancing the room condition especially the floors.

Hotel was nice a few let downs… firstly there were three of us sharing one room and I had contacted the hotel a week or so prior to ensure there was an extra bed set up (we would be arriving at the hotel late). They assured me that this would be sorted. When checking in, the gentleman at the desk assured me there was already a bed set up in our room. When we got to the room, firstly there was a strong smell of cigarettes despite the room being a no smoking room. There was not a bed in the room. Someone came to resolve this issue quickly however the bed they were providing was tiny and we insisted on another one which they accommodated. the breakfast was ok, and the staff were generally quite nice. We had booked a spa treatment costing £150 each which felt rushed due to them being so busy on that particular night. On the day of our checkout we were waiting in the lobby and eating snacks while we waited for our taxi. A member of staff approached us and said that we were not allowed to eat any food in the lobby and had to put this away which we did. Overall it was a pleasant stay with good access to everything. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but would recommend this hotel.

Inconvenient location. Tiny, unsafe sidewalks, need to go uphill to reach almost any destination. Overall nice hotel, friendly personnel. $22 per person breakfast kind of pricey for Istanbul, many options around for better price.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minute walk from Taksim Square and endless food options. The staff at the hotel are friendly and most speak English which helps immensely. The only issue for us was that we booked with breakfast included but for some reason there was a misunderstanding between Expedia and the hotel so it was like pulling teeth trying to get the hotel to honour the breakfast for us. The restaurants in the hotel are great but very pricey so having breakfast included was a must! Overall, its a great hotel.

This is a fantastic property with great amenities and close to the excitement of Taksim Street. I would caution travelers to avoid booking with Turkish Air, however. Delays and lost baggage really ruined the vibe of our trip. It was exhausting.

Solid property close to Pera. Large comfortable room. It is on a busy road so when you walk out its a bit busy, but the good part is that easy to get a taxi and the Pera / Gelata Tower area is very close walk. They have a solid pool, sauna area in the basement.

Horrible EXPERIENCE
Our stay at the hotel was going well until we found out that the cleaning lady stole money from us. On Monday august 28th m, 2023 we woke up and went down the gym We forgot the wallet on the desk but we thought the hotel is safe and nobody will steel money in the Radisson!!! We came back after one hour or so and we saw that the service lady is cleaning the room We waited in front of the door for like 5 min until she was done then we thanked her and my boyfriend went to look for the wallet to Tip her While doing so he realized that there are bills missing from his wallet We informed the management and they weren’t helpful at all and blamed us by saying it is our fault we left the wallet in the room . Another manager said we do not have proof if there is actually money stolen from us or we were just lying !!! Or even if one of us , has stolen the money and making a scene!!! This was CRAZY! We called the police and registered the incident It was such an awefull experience . They have messed up our vacation and it was terrible Do not recommend staying in this hotel !

During my recent one-night stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Pera, I found the room to be clean and comfortable. However, the welcoming experience was disappointing. The receptionist was preoccupied with another customer and mistakenly gave them our passports, which required my intervention. On the positive side, the luggage assistance team was helpful and courteous. The breakfast experience fell short of my expectations. The dining area lacked a view and had dirty tables, which was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. It turned out that only certain rooms offered a view of the golden horn, and this came at an additional cost. During check-out, our arranged taxi didn't arrive on time. When we requested assistance from the receptionist, they initially quoted €120 for an alternative taxi. However, after expressing our concern, the price was suddenly reduced to €50 without explanation. Overall, while the room was satisfactory, the reception and breakfast experience did not meet the standard I expected from a Radisson Blu hotel. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a more luxurious and seamless stay for future guests

The hotel has a great location and close to many venues. An uplifting of the lobby area would upscale the property a lot.To our surprise the staff does not speak english and difficult the communication with foreign guests.Unfortunately the ice packs from my diabetic son, that were given to put in the freezer of the hotel, were lost by the staff .

My name is Hashem. I traveled with my friend and stayed for 5 nights. The Property is good and I will stay again, however it is is not 5 stars, I can rate it as 3.5-4 stars. The hotel in good location and convenient. The lobby is not at the level of hotel lobby with many limitations but overall is good and I will stay again! The breakfast is fine. ‘Secede’ is one of the staff, and asking everyday “how is everything and how is the room and if there is any issue with room, etc” She smiles when greets you and ask question. She is great and professional and you can communicate with her regarding hotel issue since her English is good as well. She is very professional and gets 5 stars.

We stopped in the bar after working all day when we got back to the hotel to have a glass of Pacheco. The menu had the price at €18 the bartender tried to charge us €37 per glass. I said you're charging the wrong price. He said you're staying at a 5 star hotel. I ask for the manager. We didn't get half of the wake up calls that we requested. And our room were not cleaned up everyday.
