Dealing with Raffles Istanbul was such a pleasure from start to end. We had issues with our credit card which we used to make the booking and Esin from the hotel contacted me and helped to resolve my issues. She then helped to arrange for the meeting room which you can book when you book a club suite. Overall beautiful hotel and helpful staff

Wow wow wow!
We had the most amazing experience for our stay which was sadly only one night. On check in we were given an upgrade to the most beautiful suite with a bathroom view to die for. Ozkan at reception was so charming and nothing was too much trouble, including a late check out the next day. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our dinner at Izikyol delicious, accompanied by fantastic Turkish white wine. We must also thank so much one of the gentlemen who greet you on arrival who was so helpful with a couple of not so honest taxi drivers! Also thank you to Mete the lovely Concierge who was also so helpful. We will definitely be planning a return visit in the not too distant future.

I loved everything. The location is out of all the crazy tourist areas. Taxis don’t take long to get to the hotels on the Bosphorus for dinner or drinks or to the old city. During our week in Istanbul, we ate and drank at most of the other five star hotels in the city. We were always thrilled to go “home “ to the Raffles. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony. The spa, fitness rooms and indoor pool exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with Istanbul and can’t wait to return to The Raffles property.

Overall the hotel was good however there was an issue with the bathroom. When you had a shower the water would flow out under the door of the shower and wet the bathroom floor. Bath towels had to be used to soak up the water.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, clean but all complimentary VIP inclusive was misleading, was Clearly stated you get complimentary laundry service, and I gave my gym wear, only to be charged and was told then it was for only two pieces of clothing, same with the spa. Then I was charged 20k lira instead of 2k, apparently it was a mistake. What if I didn’t check my bank account before checking out. Overall it was ok
