Very disappointing. Staff at reception was very rude. No iron and iron board in the room. No usb port in the room. While taking shower, water was not draining :( I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean hotel but have your wits about you.
If you are going to the fair, this is the hotel to stay in for handiness. The rooms are clean but not too roomy. WARNING - do not trust the service staff here to look after you. They will try to screw you at every opportunity if ask for a car for the day or a PCR test. They will add money on top for themselves and not small money.

I like that it is walking distance to the tuyap fair I don't like that there is nothing close by walking distance like shopping mall or shopping area. but it is convenient if you are going for business

Way too overpriced, the stuff not professional. This is the first time in my life where “five star” hotel requested from us €100 security deposit. The place needs some serious cleaning and paint job.

I stayed for around couple of weeks. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel building was not new or modern but well maintained. Breakfast and the resturant service were excellent. The major problem I had that the hotel was fully booked ( or even double or triple the expected numbers in a hotel) and the lobby and the elevators were crowded. In some instances, I needed to wait for elevators to reach my floor and they were Full and sometimes I needed to wait for another elavators. It was hideous and tiring to get in or out the floor. The hotel rooms were clean but the sofas and chairs in the lobby were full of the spots ( I guess it was poor choice of fabric and colours).

Close to istanbul exhibition

Checked in for bussiness for 3 days
Arrived late evening and the check in was faultless , hotel staff very freindly and helpfull . The facilities are fully catered for and although the hotel was packed we did not experience any problems . Swimming pool was cold but did the job and the Turkish bath and steam rooms were brilliant well worth it . The hotel is close to local amenities and the main bussiness and shopping areas . 1 hour by train to the blue mosque etc .

High standard hotel with a reasonable rate
It was for 2 days only. However, I liked this Ramada Hotel very much. The staff, the cleanliness, the quite, the breakfast and the service. All are very good. But the location is not that much. That's it.

Old and not clean hotel!
One night, after coming back we saw the room was not cleaned. Another time again called them to clean. But once we called them, they did their best. Overal old hotel and really needed a renovation. For indoor swimming they asked for a cap that costs 15 lira! Nowhere else in Turkey asked for it. Dining room chairs were very dirty with lots of marks on them. Breakfast was good, location was at the last station of metrobus, not good at all for tourists if you want to go downtown.
