“Absolute Best Location”
This is a nice simple hotel with super staff in a super location.
“Really Poor !”
I have been client of this hotel for the past 7 years. I allways choose this hotel for its excellent location, even through the fact the rooms are very small. Lately I have visited Istambul again and this time was my last visit in this hotel. The service went very poor and bad, maintainance of the hotel is practically non-existing. First of all half of the rooms have problems with bathrooms and second half with electricity and leaking air condition. This time I have been moved from one room to another, where also had to be solved out another problem with electricity. The stuff is very unfriendly, escpecially in the reception. This hotel was really nice few years ago, clean and friendly, but the management does not care anymore. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially for the price they are asking for those louzy rooms !
“Extremely disappointing!”
One of the worst managed Best Western properties...starts with the tiny elevator which cannot even hold a pram with 2 ppl and gets worse.. we booked a double room and got a twin room, the bathroom was dirty and the ceiling was leaking, shower did not work, dirty red water when it worked, lousy breakfast options and very unfriendly front desk. The only saving grace was a good location, but unfortunate fact remains they messed up our holiday experience
“Convenient Location”
It was clean and the staff were friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the sloped ceiling since the room was on the top floor. I wasn't able to stand up straight in the shower because I am tall and the ceiling sloped down. It probably wouldn't be an issue if you aren't on the top floor. The location is very, very close to the main sights in the Old City. From that perspective, it is extremely convenient.
