Amazing little hotel
Lovely little hotel with super helpful staff. My room was immaculately cleaned every day. Amazing buffet breakfast. Short walk to many tourist attractions. Nice garden area.

Good choice for short stay
The main reason we chose the hotel was the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately it was closed. It seemed out of use for a long time. The room window faced to a firewall, so if u go economy, don't expect a view. However, the location was great, very close to all the sites. The staff was also nice and informative.

Free parking at the property, only if you leave the keys at the reception and the staff can move your car around. I ask before arriving at the property about parking but they didn’t say anything about keys at the reception. Not very nice and safe for personal cars. I find by myself a place across the road and I refuse to left the keys at the reception.

Great base for a 4 day City break
Room was nice and clean Great valve for money as you spend only a short while in the room 5 mins Minutes walk from blue mosque and Aya Sofia just another few minutes away walking basilca cistern and Tookapi palace were also within walking distance Breakfast due to corona was individually prepared instead of Buffet It was good AC wasn’t the best but it got better over the 4 day stay as the outdoor temp Cooled a little and the AC was kept on continuously even while we were out. It was a very hot time of the year to be fair and they did say they would sort of needed.

Lovely little hotel in the old city, literally 5 mins walk from Sultanahmet Mosque, another 5 to Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace, perfect location. Surrounded by small shops, cafe's and restaurants. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, no complaints at all. Food was nice, good range of choice for breakfast, would highly recommend.

Position of this hotel is excellent, it has good friendly staff and good choice at breakfast. It is a little noisy if you have a room on the front street and you have slam the doors to close them which means you here everyone’s movements. Overall I would happily book this hotel again.

During my summer visit to Istanbul I checked in here and arrived around 11 o’clock last night. After 36 hours of travel I was exhausted and asked for help ordering pizza. Good night reception is help me do it, but then use my phone number that I put down at reception at check-in to text me letting me know the pizza is on its way, and then once you deliver the pizza he texted me to wish me a good meal. By this time it was 1 AM. So I’m eating my pizza, feeling uncomfortable, and then I get an Instagram request from him as well. As a single woman, traveling alone, I am wildly uncomfortable with the fact that a male night receptionist contacted me on multiple forms of media by using my phone number from my check in forms. How wildly inappropriate and a horrible use of power. I moved my furniture up against the door to ensure I was extra protected in the night.

Selling itself as a luxury boutique hotel, when in fact it is just basic. Cleanliness is very poor. Dust on the phone in bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. A bottle of wine in the room actually had mold on it. With regards to the facilities, the garden was closed and the roof terrace restaurant was also not open. As these were two of the selling points along with it being apparently luxury, I am very disappointed.

Very good option in Sultanahmet
Lots of choice in the area but this is a good one. Helpful and friendly staff...would especially like to acknowledge Muzaffer ....he has excellent customer service and runs a very good breakfast room. Area is good for walking to points of interest and there are many dinner options too. 5-7 minute walk to airport bus.

Me and my family have just come back from Istanbul today. The location of the hotel is absolutely great, all the main attractions are literally around the corner, meaning less than a 10 min walk.The staff were very helpful but a lack of understanding in just basic English language. They catered for our suhr, which is the early breakfast before starting our fast as it was Ramadan. I went with my elderly dad and, my 2 girls and sister with her 2 children, so we had booked a family suite and a junior suite. When I booked my trip I rang the hotel and explained that i will be travelling with my elderly dad. Who ever i had spoken to, assured me that everything would be good. Upon our arrival we were taken to our rooms which were on the second floor of the hotel, no lift and the stairs are spiral. They said there were no rooms available on the ground floor. I had booked my trip 3-4 weeks before our travel, so how is it that it wasnt arranged to our needs upon request. I had started to look for other hotels, air bnb for my dads comfort, but luckily, next morning a room became available on the ground floor and my dad with my sister shifted down to the family suite. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for families with young children and elderly people only because of the way the level of the floors and stairs are, though the rooms are very comfortable and good size for a family. The beds were done every day, and the towels were changed every day too. The roof top dining wasnt open.

The property was fairly clean in itself but the tea cups in the room had tea stains as if they wasn’t washed properly but rather just rinsed with plain water. The only reason i stayed at this hotel was because i stayed here before and the experience was very pleasent, although this time it was very dissapointing, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming on day to day basis. Had to ask the receptionist twice to come and help us with the heating as the room was freezing cold. (Which they should’ve explained on our arrival). My phone got snatched right outside the hotel, i ran after the man and got my phone back. I was furious as the hotel manager was standing right outside the hotel and didn’t even budge let alone asking me if i was okay. As a hotel staff they should always go to the next level to provide the best possible experience for their guests as they represent their country and tourism not just the hotel. And sorry to say they was lacking in a lot of areas. Last time the management was different so was the experience. I called 2 days before my holiday to request 2 twins beds instead of a double bed but got told there is no reservation under my name and they asked me to call the next day. I was very worried, it was my first time on a holiday with my friend and didn’t want to face any problem. So i called up the next day after explaining and providing the same details again they somehow found the reservation, how UNPROFESSIONAL!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Polite, professional and helpful. Hotel is 5 mins walk from several main attractions. Breakfast is of high standards and the staff are always happy to help and assist any time of day/night. Thank you for making my visit to Istanbul memorable in all the right ways. The Hotel is well placed for easy contact to old Istanbul. It has been refurbished since we stayed there in July 2015. Staff were helpful and pleasent. It does not have lift facilities so if you are not fit or have a disablility try to get a room on the first floor. We would be happy to return.

Arrived fairly late in the evening via airport transfer. Receptionist on duty had our booking to hand and took us straight to our room. Once in the room we were quickly shown the facilities and left to our own devices. We decided to go for a walk around the local area and asked the receptionist where was good to go in the imeadiate vicinity at that time of the evening. The receptionist treated us to a quick guide of where to go for taxis, travel money, bus links and even pointed out a couple of good restaurants. All this was drawn onto a map handed to us at reception.

This is a nice hotel and close to main attractions. The staff are friendly and pleasant and cater to needs well. Breakfast is decent but they tended to run out of things and not stock up on some days. Also there is no lift and we were on the 4th floor so had to walk up 3 flights a few times a day. The view from the roof is beautiful. Ok for the price as we were looking for a cheap getaway.
