“Great little hotel with the best location for "old Town" Istanbul”

This little gem was perfect for a few days walking around old town. Plenty of restaurants and sights within a few minutes walk. The rooms are not huge but they are new and have everything you would expect. Great showers, great bed, and very clean. The restaurant was fair but not on par with the hotel. We will stay at this hotel again in future Istanbul visits.

“The perfect launching pad . . .”

My friends and I loved Hotel Senatus. It's the perfect place for tourists to launch from as they venture out to see the sights. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very clean. Great shower, relatively comfy beds, windows that open (a must for me,) decent/ample breakfast buffet, helpful staff and in the PERFECT location - close to everything.

Modern small boutique hotel. Excellent service. Far exceeded my expectation.

My wife and I had a great stay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Proximity to major sites a plus. Restaurant food delicious. Would stay here again.

Just great: personal and genuine service, modern rooms, all the extras made us fell good. We traveleld there with my family and my parents, it was my mums b-day and the hotel organized free cake and champagne! Plus an upgrade.

“Great for couples visiting Istanbul for the weeken”

The person in the reception was really helpful, everyday with our restaurant reservation and taxis. The room is small but enough since you are all the time outside. Walking distance to everything in Sultanamet. Breakfast great! is is turkish but you can find also fruit and cereal. Good internet.

“Nice hotel but...”

Location is good and everything is fine. But pls. keep your valueble belongings well. When I was out for breakfast I left my wallet in the room coz I thought it was still early for room service....when I back I found my room was cleaned and my wallet was removed, so I check out and noticed part of money missing. The thief was very smart that he did not take away all of money but a few, maybe he thought I would not notice that. But I can 200% make for sure I did lost how much in that room in that morning. Okay, It was my mistake and I should always keep wallet with me...I ever talked about this to the receptoinist but useless...
