Istanbul stay
Short getaway stay. Small, cute rooms, friendly and really helping front desk staff. 15 min walking distance to major attractions, quiet and cozy bed sets. If to return, will choose again.

Nice hotel, close to Hagia Sophia
The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking away from Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The shared sea view roof terrace is open 24 hours. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning or you can have a drink after exploring the city. I love the place. Its like your home away home.

First of all its excellent quality for money, second the room enough large. You have fully staffed kitchen with electric stove and fridge as well as plates, pots and glasses.

Central location, friendly staff
Thank you so much for hospitality. We spend great time at Serdivan Apartments, the front desk assistance was fantastic. In a very central area of the city, very close to main attractions. The room was was very clean and specious.

The hotel is very central, conveniently located. I've stayed in many hotels around there and many of them are similar - small fixer-uppers that are convenient though far from perfect. Some things broke in our first room, so we got moved to another. Then some things broke there. But the service was so good, quick, honest (I dunno, it just was, somehow!), and personable that the little inconveniences don't matter much (and really, when you're out and about all day, all you really need is a place that behaves as it should during the night time). So, service is a great plus here, the owner/operator guy, and his staff are brilliant. If you're not paying ridiculous amounts for a a few sleeps, be prepared, in Istanbul, for less than perfect, for make-shift random quick fixes. It's all ok in the end :)

Excellent Value!!
This was a great little hotel with rooms which are like little apartments. Ours had a sitting room, and a nice kitchen besides a bedroom. This is a lot of space by European, & specifically by Old SultanAhmet, standards. Location is great too with about 8 minutes walk from the Cemberlitas tram station and about 10-12 minutes from SultanAhmet tram station. The staff was very friendly, especially, the young man who works there and was very helpful in giving us directions as well as ideas. The breakfast is great however if it's raining outside or if it's too cold, there's very little seating available. On the other hand, guests are welcome to take breakfast to their room. Great place to stay....

Excellent services, very convenient location, extremely polite staff. 24hrs receptionist. 8 minutes walk to Sultanahment and Hayia Sofia. Stayed at studio room with wife and daughter. Yousif the hotel manager is very friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Positivt: bra lokalitet (10 min gangavstand til Sultanahmet) Roomservice Negativt: Rommet vårt var ikke klart da vi ankom pga. en mann hadde operert dagen før og trengte en ekstra natt før han kunne sendes hjem. Fikk et annet rom imens med samme standard. Ba om å få beholde det resten av oppholdet for å unngå flytting - men det sa de nei til. Kun heis til den ene delen av bygget - da vi skiftet rom måtte vi bære bagasjen 3 etasjer. betjening stort sett behjelpelig (En hendelse hvor ene resepsjonisten viste litt holdning og ikke ville hjelpe til med å bære kofferten opp til rommet) Wifi svært treg på rommene. Måtte stå ved ytterdøra for å få signaler. Greit sted alt i alt.

値段相応のホテル
ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで信頼できる人でした。ただ、部屋の説明などは一切ありませんのでわからないことはこちらから聞いた方がいいです。ドアの鍵がかなり特殊で、ホテルのスタッフも開けるのに5分ほどかかりました。泥棒対策にはなるかもしれません笑 トイレの水はボタンを押しても流れないですし、流したら水が出っぱなしになるような状態です。 シングルベット×4と説明ありましたが、蓋を開けてみればダブルが1台含まれていました。 朝食も付いているという説明ありましたが、私たちは食べていません。 設備にはあまり期待しない方がよいです。まあ値段相応でしょう。キッチンありますし、複数人での長期滞在には向いているかもしれません。

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hotel. Le personnel (les 2 Yucuf) est vraiment génial - ils sont à l'écoute - ils nous ont guidé - aidé - à notre service le quartier est un peu bruyant car les grossistes sont juste en face mais rien de choquant. Je conseille cet hotel !!

Das Hotel ist einfach aber OK. Wer ein zentral gelegenes günstiges Hotel sucht, von dem aus die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind (ca. 10 min bis Hagia Sofia, Blaue Moschee oder Großer Basar, ca. 25 min bis Ägyptischer Basar oder Galata Brücke sowie Schiffsanlegestelle für Bosporus-Fahrten) und keinen Wert auf Komfort oder ein "schönes" Hotel legt, ist im Serdivan Apart Hotel richtig. Das Personal im Hotel ist SEHR zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gute Insider-Tipps zur Besichtigung.

Ottima posizione, ma decisamente deludente
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti dalla Moschea Blu e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche della città. L'appartamento, però, nonostante sia abbastanza spazioso, non mi è piaciuto. Il letto matrimoniale è piccolo e decisamente scomodo. In generale avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Inoltre si ha l'idea di una pulizia non molto accurata, e questo vale, ancor di più, nella sala di un altro hotel, che viene utilizzato per la colazione, che è abbondante, tipicamente turca (quindi salata, pochissimi dolci). Il personale addetto alle colazioni è svogliato, i bicchieri e i piatti, lavati a mano, non sono sempre puliti, la tovaglia non viene cambiata ma viene ripassata con una spugnetta. Il terrazzino è gradevole, ma la sensazione di sporco e di scarsa igiene purtroppo compensa negativamente la location. Purtroppo tutto ciò pregiudica notevolmente il giudizio sulla struttura e soprattutto sulla gentilezza e disponibilità, davvero fuori dal comune, del gestore e del personale.

God beliggenhed, centralt og i charmerede omgivelser Boede på 7. sal med en fin udsigt hvis man undlod at kigge nedad på affaldet i gården. Hotellet var omgivet af mange skobutikker! Hjælpsomt personale. Husk at levere nøglen hvis du vil have gjort rent. Der var bare en nøgle, så personalet kunne ikke komme ind! Det kneb lidt med at få vand i bruseren i perioder, men det er Istanbul. Godt køkken, kunne have brugt en microbølgeovn... Kommer gerne tilbage

Proche du centre historique, hôtel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable (s'est démené pour que nous puissions récupérer nos valises égarées lors de notre transfert à l'aéroport de Rome). Propre. Rapport qualité/prix parfait.

Gute Lage schlechter Zustand!
Die Lage ist super, der Zustand grausig. Risse in der Wand, dreck überall, Dusche kaputt, schlechter TV Empfang, WIFI so gut wie garnicht usw... Das Team ist super nett und hilfsbereit aber insgesamt fühlt man sich dort nicht wirklich wohl...

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist zwar günstig jedoch an einem Hügel gelegen was die Lage für alle die nicht gut zu Fuß sind völlig ungeeignet macht. Die Straße selber ist sehr hässlich. Unser Apartment war geräumig, jedoch ist die Einrichtung völlig abgewohnt bis kaputt. Der Fön war nicht funktionstüchtig, als wir die Gardinen aufmachen wollten kamen sie uns entgegen. Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser, an einem Morgen hatten wir sogar gar kein Wasser auch nicht in der Toilette. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren fleckig. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nicht besonders, der Kaffee ist eine Zumutung. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben versucht einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist trotz aller Kritik jedoch immer noch gut.

Нас поселили в семейном номере с одной 2х спалкой и двумя одиночными кроватями, на нереально запредельно далеком 5 этаже без лифта, все было бы ок, но лестница действительно очень крутая, чувствовали все себя альпинистами, номер как в общаге, тесный и давно требует ремонта, пол про сырел в районе балконной двери, ванная комната - она же туалет набиралась водой при пользовании душевой кабиной. Ну а в общем спасибо, персонал хороший, да и отдых все затмевал, в номере только спали и завтракали

Bon hotel, proche du centre historique (10 minutes à pied), proche du tramway (5 minutes à pied : très utile pour aller à Galata, Taksim, etc.) et à 5-10 minutes du grand Bazar. L'hotel est très bien mais il vaut mieu prendre une suite junior : la première nuit notre chambre n'était pas disponible : nous avions une chambre en basement extrêmement bruilante (on entendait l'ascensseur et les canalisations) et peu comfortable.... extrèmement dur de dormir Dans la suite Junior quasiment aucun bruit :) Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon

Leider war unser Fenster kaputt u es entwickelte sich zur horrornacht :( In dem alternativ Zimmer war die Balkontür defekt. Der Empfang war sehr nett u die Kollegen vor Ort sehr bemüht.

Lo que le salva es que está muy céntrico
Reservamos, sin saberlo, un apartamento que estaba en el sótano y los olores eran bastante desagradables, esto se resolvió porque nos cambiaron a otro, previo pago correspondiente, que estaba en el primer piso. Reservamos cuatro camas individuales y luego era una doble y las otras don individuales pero estas últimas eran sofás camas bastante incomodas.

Wochendtrip als Paar - mit dem Ziel, Istanbul zum ersten Mal zu erleben, zu erlaufen... und dafür ist das Hotel, wenn man keinen Luxus braucht und sich mit ein paar Unzulänglichkeiten arrangieren kann, ok.
