Claustrophobic rooms
Looked at the rooms on line which looked very nice and airy so booked an economy double. The photos on the website showed a room with a window however we arrived late night and found our allocated room was an interior with no natural light. Next day I requested a move to a room with a window. I was told a window room would cost another 50 euros per night on top of the 60 per night we had paid. I complained that our room was not as described on the website but my concerns were ignored. 10 nights in a room with no natural light is no fun.

Perfect location but the property is under renovation. Very dirty and a lot of cigarret smoke all night long.

Adequate for an overnight layover. Overall, the property was tired. The front desk staff tried to upsell an expensive taxi ride to the airport, stating the standard metered taxis were "unsafe". Not true.

Our room was nothing as described or shown in photos. It was an extremely small space with no room to walk in. Since we don’t speak the language and they hardly speak ours complaint would be futile. Would not recommend at all.

Nice location
The hotel has excellent location. But the room was quite cold and the ac didn’t work properly. Service is ok but should be improved. I was not provided with a password for internet during check in. When I requested a password the technician guy came and just put the password on my phone… when I needed the password for a laptop I didn’t have it again… why they dot. Provide it mandatory by checkin ?

The hotel is not, as in the pictures, a very small room, the bathroom had a musty smell. Great location, just on the Taksim square close to everything if your plan is to stay in Taksim and the fastest to reach metro and other public transport

Very bad service , and Reception staff are disrespectful and unkind. The worst thing is that the pictures shown on the site are completely unrealistic, and the rooms in the photos appear to be much larger than reality. So I had to pay € 100 to exchange my room for a slightly larger room for two people. Breakfast is never tasty and very bad. It was a very bad experience

Unfortunately, the hotel is not, as in the pictures, a very small room, as well as it was left in it. The bathroom had a musty smell. It was difficult to shower in it. It was difficult to shower in the air-conditioned bathtub, and it smelled not good. I spoke to them when I received the room. Please, change the room.

Pros: The hotel location was perfect, they helped with airport shuttle and the room was clean with a very nice view of Taksim Square. Cons: Internet service was very bad.

No access for the lobby except stairs. Room carpet is not clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is fabulous. Great location it might be the best location in taksim street
