Sehr zuvorkommende und stets hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Super Lage. Hatten von unserem 16. Stock eine tolle aussieht auf gesamt Istanbul. Nächstes Mal wieder!

Pros: Efficiency
Location: There is not much but an inexpensive can to the old town
Offered exactly what was needed on a short trip. Except massage not available before noon ?????

Reception staff need to be better trained as poor attitude and poor knowledge of common questions people are likely to ask.

tolles hotel, aber eteas weit von den sehenswürdig

Pros: der preis
Location: in der nähe ist nur industrie !
gutes hotel, nettes personal, hilfsbereit . alelrdings muss man in kauf nehmen, dass man weite fahrten bis zu den sehenswürdigkeiten hat. bezahlbares 5 * haus in istanbul frühstück war ok, aber nicht zu vergleichen mit den anderen titanic häusern!

Very nice Hotel. Good style, ok. Restaurant. Rooms to small but nice and clean. Only one problem but a very BIG challenge: The ability and willingness to speak English is very, very poor !!! This is absolutely not okay for a 5-star International Hotel. The feeling of NOT being welcome either at the Reception, SPA, Restaurant and Fittness is very high. This behaviour is arrogant and unclever - Wake up please and respect your guess - we have shown our gratitude to chooese you fine Hotel. Will I come back... Hmmm yes if you promise to treat your customers well, that means LEARN English !
