I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Not clean at all and smells in the bathroom and lobby everyday. other guest have complained about this too. If your looking for a good location, the area is excellent. The staff were okay

First of all the heat wasn’t working I had to change my room even the second room the heat wasn't working good enough.. Second thing..the check in was in one building the rooms in the second building and the breakfast in the third building..clean room ..good location..

Great staff, Great Location.
Excellent location near Taksim. Great staff here, they will look after you very well. I forgot to tip the porter man from Somalia. He was very polite and helpful. Will do next time.

Thief’s came into our room.
The hotel is OK. Breakfast was great. However the rooms we were in were around the corner from the main block and breakfast in another building. Location was excellent for Istanbul. However, there were multiple serious issues. Firstly, the safes were NOT attached and in the room 602, the safe did not work so we were handed the back up key. But what would have happened if that were lost?? Initially no cups and glasses in the rooms. The more serious issue was the theft of a pair of AirPods. We didn’t feel comfortable because of the safe issues putting too many values in the safe and assumed that our belongings would be protected. My AirPods were in my bedside table drawer. They were there when left for the day and gone on return. The “FindMy” app clearly identified them being opened and activated at a time when we were out for the day. There is absolutely no doubt that these were stolen by the cleaning team and there was little empathy or action on the part of the hotel. So what could have been a good and please nt stay completely ruined and therefore, there is no chance we can recommend this to others.

Accueil très chaleureux, chambre et lit confortable sauf que l’hébergement n’es pas à l’adresse indiquée … Avec des valises à 8/10 min à pied en contre bats … Le petit déjeuner inclus ne sert à rien car personne feras 10 minutes de marche au réveil pour un petit déjeuner… La Communication peut être compliqué car tous ce faire par un téléphone ( pas souvent accessible au premier) coup de téléphone… Imaginez un problème dans la chambre?! Personne?! Car la réception n’es pas sur place !

Central location, very close to Taslimi sq. Shops restaurants and public transportation. Buffet breakfast with reasonable choices. Just make sure to book a room in building with elevator.
