Great StayPosted Dec 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
I had a great stay in the Zeugma Hotel in Istanbul. The staff was friendly, helpful and tried in every way they could to make my stay amazing. They made sure I knew what tourists sites to see and when they were open and closed. They were very well informed about Turkish history and were always ready to answer my questions. They arranged for several special events and arranged for me to go and return safely. They were knowledgeable about local food and restaurants and every place they recommended was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel highly.

There is nothing to say about this hotel. Just simple few things missing .U can imagine the others. There is no teaspoon for tea or coffie .they were using dessert spoon. There is no fresh anything in brekafast. House keeper was serving brekfast with dirty dresses.it was not fault of house keeper .Room is quiet good without broke top.

Great Hotel with Great LocationPosted Aug 2, 2011
We stayed at Hotel Zeugma July 17-19, 2011 and July 24-26, 2011. The hotel was great hotel. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, air conditioned, and the bed was very comfortable. We could look out the window and view the hustle and bustle of Istanbul but the sounds were not heard in the room. The lobby was very nice and clean. A computer is available for use as well as a sitting area with a large screened t.v. This was the only hotel that I noticed had mini information cards available free of charge. These cards identified and explained historic sites, provide language help (Turkish/English), monetary information, etc. Breakfast was very nice and served from the roof top. Tuna prepared breakfast every morning and she was extremely pleasant. Cem worked during the day at the main desk and he spoke good English. He was very nice, patient, and extremely helpful as we planned trips and asked general questions. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia, and the tram on the main street that can take you to the Grand Market, Eminonu, and other sites. There were many restaurants, shops, etc., available to you when you stepped out of the door. I would definitely stay at the Zeugma again.

The Staff Made You Feel at HomePosted Jun 7, 2011
The staff at this hotel was so helpful and nice while we were in Istanbul. The front desk was able to give us sightseeing and restaurant advice without trying to sell us something and breakfast was always served with a smiling face. The rooms were average - nothing to fancy and on the small side, but then you are a 5 min walk from Topikapi Palace in one direction and a 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque in the other direction. The bed was very comfortable and clean, the pillows were good, and there was free internet.

good choicePosted Nov 27, 2009
The hotel is ok for its price. I order the room in the morning and they picked us up at the airport in the evening! Great locatio, just steps from Blue Masque and Aya sofia and The Cistern too. Many bars(expensive) on the same street. We spend 5 nights, breakfast was good, but everyday the same one. I wanted to pay in dollars, but the price was different from the price negotiated on internet- explained by the change of the rate! Seems to me strange, but the difference was minimal. When I asked for a printed bill, the receptionist was suprised and we had to push him to do that!
