This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It’s an easy walk to old town and the water. There is an excellent restaurant just down the street, Il Faro, very good food and great service. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Staff was extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, great location with breakfast.
It was a pleasure to stay in a place that was very clean, comfortable bed and an e tea room including a kitchen and sofa. I would recommend.

Very spacious apartment, clean and updated. Was in a very nice location, about 10 minutes walk from old town. Had to park 2 blocks away but was safe and we were able to load, unload at the hotel,

Nice and clean
The room was very, very clean. Easy check in. But, we had a rental car and the closest parking was ¼ mile away that day—high beach season. Owner friendly and helpful. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

Great place just outside of the Rovinj centre
No own dedicated parking place and sometimes slow WiFi. The rest was great; simple and tasty breakfast, walking distance to old town, helpful staff and modern facilities.

The location was great! An easy walk into the Old Town area and to the beach. We had a lovely clean room, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast offered a nice variety.

The B&B was very good. Our room # 5 was quite spacious by European standards. We had a small balcony with a small clothesline to hang a few small objects, which we found very convenient. The Villa is about 20 minutes walk to the harbour, which is a happening place with lots of restaurants and sunset dolphin tours. All in all we were quite pleased with our choice.

We had 3 nights at VK and while it was kind of comfy and some of the staff were very very helpful/accommodating, we had an issue with the blonde older woman. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or owner, but she was very rude and did not like answering any questions. She cut us off every time we tried to talk to her. Also the room smelled and we constantly had to burn a scented candle to cover it up. I would stay there again if that woman wasn’t around. The kitchen staff and housekeeping were so nice!! Go there for them!!

Dear Mia, I was not rude, so nice to tell you that we do not serve breakfast early when you go on a trip and that we will drop you off of the total reservation, but you came back to 23.00 h asking where to sleep in the morning. In your reservation, it is clear when the reception is working, as well as the time of check in, but these policies do not apply to you, or? nice regards Kristina - Vila Kristina

Cost and comfortable lodging
Easy walk to old town. Place is clean and comfortable with lots of power points and hooks for hanging. Good breakfast. Rooms have balconies - with clothesline and clothes pegs. Useful for drying laundry after a few days on the road.

Like a hotel without the facilities
It was a lovely little bed and breakfast. Very clean, staff lovely, and the location was really good only 10 mins to the old town or 10 mins to the beach. Overall very happy holiday

Lovely B&B
Vila Kristina is a wonderful B&B! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is perfect (walking distance to public beaches and old town) and the room are very clean and comfortable.

Cindy, Kristina's daughter, greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel welcome. I told her we wanted to eat locally and she made three recommendations - all of them were perfect! We dropped our things off in the room and headed to lunch at the Maslina - a 10 minute walk away and full of locals. We could not have been more satisfied. Then another 10 minute walk to Rovinj's Old Town and we loved it. Istria has several "must see" locations and we were in one of them! Walking through the Old Town in Rovinj is a great way to spend a couple of hours. If and when we go back, we will certainly stay at Villa Kristina again. We have recommended this place to others already. We had our car with us and there is much to explore nearby.

The hotel was fine but the resort was not. Rovinj is a beautiful resort but best avoided in high summer. Roads, beaches and restaurants were overcrowded.

Great location
We spent two nights here while we toured the Istria area and found the location ideal and Rovinj our favorite town to stroll at night and eat dinner. The Vila Kristina was so convenient to the old town ( a 10 minute walk) and we parked our car right across the street where we could see it from our apartment room. Kristina's daughter Cindy was especially pleasant and helpful and we found the buffet breakfast simple but a great quality of breads, meats, cheese, cereal, etc. The croissants were the best we had on the trip! Rick Steves had recommended this hotel and we heartily agree.

Tolle Ferien gehabt
Wunderhübsches kleines Hotel, alles picobello sauber, unglaublich nette Wirtin und Angestellte, die Einrichtung ist hübsch und gut durchdacht und praktisch (zb ist auf jedem Balkon eine Wäscheleine mit Klammern zum Badesachen trocknen. Es gibt rund um die Uhr Tee umsonst und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Und wenn man das Bitte nicht stören Schild raushängt, kann man bis in die Puppen ausschlafen.

Die Lage zum Hafen und Altstadt ist sehr gut. Man konnte das Altstadtzentrum in ca. 15.00 Min. - 20.00 Min. zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Strand waren es ca. 15.00 Min.

Veldig rent og hyggelig sted
Hyggelig uke på et hyggelig hotell i passe gåavstand fra strand og sentrum av Rovinj. Supermarkedet like ved hadde et godt utvalg av mat og drikke. Der kunne man kjøpe kald drikke og legge i kjøleskapet i gangen utenfor rommet. Fint med en liten balkong med tørkesnor. Både rommet og resten av hotellet var veldig rent og tiltalende.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir hatten ein Appartment im ersten Stock, zur Straße hinaus, hier hört man den Verkehr. Vom Hotel aus ist man in 10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, am Eingang zur Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker, Toast auf Anfrage war kein Problem. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice, jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Das Personal und die Besitzer waren immer sehr freundlich.

La cosa migliore è la posizione anche se la nostra camera dava sulla strada e quindi si sentiva il traffico . L'accoglienza è stata cortese, ma poco flessibile poiché avevamo tanti bagagli e la ns camera era al primo piano, non ci è stato consentito di depositare i bagagli non necessari in un luogo a pian terreno. Il parcheggio non è privato, ma si trova al di là della strada in posto pubblico. La colazione abbastanza buona, visto che la sala viene chiusa a chiave la sera, si consiglia di mettere un bollitore per l'acqua calda in camera o sul piano. Nel complesso comunque il giudizio è buono

TOP Hotel unweit vom Zentrum
Für uns war es ein Kurztrip nach Kroatien und dafür war die Unterkunft einfach perfekt! Sehr freundlich, sauber, super Frühstück, schnelles Internet - alles so, wie es in der Be´schreibung stand. Ins Zentrum sind es nur ca. 15 Gehminuten und das auch gaaanz gemütlich gegangen. Die Strasse vom Hotel runter, ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist auch ein Supermarkt, den wir aber diesmal nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Alles in Allem wirklich eine Empfehlung! Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall!!!

Sehr nettes Hotel in Strand-und Zentrumsnaehe.
Durch einen sehr gepflegten grossen Park erreichten wir mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten den Strand und in 5 Minuten das Zentrum. Von dort aus unternahmen wir vormittags nach einem sehr guten Fruehstueck jeweils Touren mit ca. 40 KM! Am Nachmittag war dann Baden in glasklarem Wasser angesagt. Und Abends ging es in eines der hervorragenden Fischrestaurants im romantischen Zentrum!
