Excellent Stay!Posted Sep 1, 2014
We've stayed at this hotel many times and travel often. Excellent location and amazing value. Recent pool renovation is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

EdenPosted Jul 22, 2014
Lovely holiday, hotel was great but staff were not quite up to UK standards of friendly customer service, but I would still stay here again. Just remember your hair dryer, the ones in the room are like hand dryers.

Comfortable, good value hotelPosted Oct 8, 2013
Fairly recently renovated hotel situated in parkland, about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town of Rovinj. Free outside parking. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Due to lousy weather we had buffet dinners x 2 in the hotel, and these were good value with a wide selection of food.

really comfortable stay in RovinjPosted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
We moved to hotel Eden when confronted with hard as plywood beds at a holiday rental we had booked. Hotel Eden really delivered, with very comfortable beds, and we got the sleep we needed. Breakfast was very good, with the exception of the coffee. Also, the hotel was very conveniently located a short walk from the main waterfront of Rovinj.

Lovely hotel with good leisure facilitiesPosted Jul 30, 2013
Cons: More staff at Reception desk
Well maintained surroundings around pool, ideal for relaxing. Beach closeby and town centre is within walking distance. Perfect for families. Buffet breakfast has huge variety. Rooms could be in more recent shape.

Average, but sufficientPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
There aren't many hotels in Rovinj to choose from unless you go to the islands. Eden was nice and clean. The staff did not speak English very well and didn't try to go out of their way to help us with some simple requests. They seemed to simply go through the motions. Overall I would have to say it was a decent place to lay our head, but nothing worth writing home about.

Doesn' rate 4 starPosted Sep 9, 2012
Location: Ravinj is a gem but was busy first week in September. High season would be unbearable.
The hotel was comfortable but tired. The staff very good. The breakfast was motorway cafe standard, week orange juice and coffee you could tar the road with. The wellness centre is similar to a sixties public baths. The exterior of the hotel is very eastern block.

June visitPosted Jul 2, 2012
Great location. Dinner disappointing - you strugle to find a clean table, Room wasn't serviced one day and we reported it to reception who said they would contact housekeeping - no apology and housekeeping still didn't turn up, Pool area good but not private and therefore a lot of people who are obviously not staying at the hotel just wander in to use the pool facilities.

Clean hotel with helpful staffPosted Jun 2, 2012
Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The decor was slightly sterile.
Location: Rovinj is a small, charming fishing village with very friendly people; not too many tourists; fantastic views from the church bell tower.
The staff was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was large with a slightly sterile feel, but very clean and reasonably roomy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection, and the dinner buffet was good value for money. The WiFi was decent, not great, as I had to repeatedly log in.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!Posted Sep 19, 2011 on Hotels.com
Im a Five Star member with Hotels.com and I stay in a lot of hotels. This one was the WORST I have every stayed in. It was SO HOT in my room and every room above the 1st floor because of the heat that rises. The TV didn't work, internet, hot tub, you name it, it didn't work. ALSO, they charged me more than Hotels.com charged when I checked out and when I refused to pay more, they treated to call the police. I paid and Hotels.com is working on it now. I can not express to you the concerns I have for this property.
