Apartments relatively clean could have a refurbishment otherwise basic and ideally located next to beach. Room had a patio space which was private and pleasant. Air con worked well. All staff very friendly and food at beach restaurant very nice and reasonably priced. Great stay!

Best place in Rovijn, Croatia
We were there for the Salsa congress. The staff everyone was super friendly and very professional. Specially Natasa at the reception she was understanding everytime I had a question. Beside that she is so beautiful she was so helpful. We will see you next year.

A lovely resort with great amenities geared towards young families. Although there was plenty to do during the day for my 16 and 18 year old boys, there was very little to entertain them in the evening.

Nice hotel but extra charges can add up.
A nice hotel in the outskirts of Rovinj but accessible by shuttle bus. Nice pool area but disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sun beds, umbrellas and slides. Food was fine and plentiful and it was useful having a fridge in the room.

Great place for a quick weekend break
The food was amazing (we took the half board option)! The Pool area and the water slide was fantastic. The hotel is a little tired in places but the staff were really friendly and very helpful. Not much to do in the local area but this was due to our stay being at the end of the season! Overall a great experience would definitely return.

They didn't have my reservation when I checked in, although admittedly it had been only an hour. It was also not clear whether breakfast was included in my reservation. They gave me the benefit of the doubt, which was nice.

Der Aufenthalt in Villas Rubin war sehr schön, lediglich vermissten wir beim Frühstück Brot taglich das gleich Gebäck ist nach ein paar Tagen langweilig. Bein Frühstück und Abendessen werden die Tische zwar abgeräumt jedoch nicht abgewischt und neu eingedeckt. Teilweise machen die Gäste das selbst. Nichts desto trotz waren wir sehr zufrieden die Anlage am Strand ist wunderbar und das Personal sehr Freundlich vorallem im Restaurant Basilico Hr.Miroslav und Hr. Luca.

Bei Ankunft umgebucht in den benachbarten Camping-Platz. Wir sind keine Camper. Zwar war das Mobile-House "Deluxe" wirklich schick. Aber wir erhielten nicht die Leistung, die wir bezahlt hatten. Erst auf unser Nachfragen und erst am nächsten Tag nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager gab man uns die Armbänder, welche den von uns gekauften vollen Zugang gewährten (Pool, Liegen, Restaurant). Wenn man wegen Überfüllung schon Gäste umbucht, ist zu erwarten, dass man besonders zuvorkommend alles erklärt und vor allem die bezahlte Leistung nicht zurückhält. Das Mobile-Home-Deluxe war sauber und modern mit toller Terasse. Aber auf dem dicht belegten Camping-Platz haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und hatten auch einen sehr weiten Weg zum Strandabschnitt des Resorts mit den freien Liegen.

L'orario della colazione e cena a buffet dovrebbero essere estesi di almeno un'ora. Manca personale che parli italiano specialmente alla reception durante l'orario diurno. Al check-in non ci è stato spiegato che le bibite al buffet della cena erano a parte.Il personale del ristorante potrebbe essere più cortese e attento. Mancherebbe un servizio di navetta per il centro. Il mini golf è deludente, non è da considerare pur essendo dichiarato dal resort. I punti di forza sono la piscina, la spiaggia e il cibo.

Het park was geweldig het huisje was oke. 2 nadelen 1 )de messen bij ontbijt zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit en normaal broodje is niet open te snijden voor de rest was ontbijt super. 2) de mensen die de vuilnis karren nazoeken vind ik niet echt mooi gezicht voor park en zeer onhygiënisch.

Fantastisk resort
Mycket bra resort om man reser med barn. Stor pool med två vattenrutschkanor, många solstolar. Precis vid stranden där det också ingår solstolar. Området har två restauranger, en pizza takeaway samt en poolbar. Fantastisk frukost och restaurang med väldigt fin mat. Bufférestaurangen på kvällen var dock ingen höjdare. Området är rent och fräscht, bungalows eller mindra komplex med flera hotellrum, städas dagligen. Parkering utanför hotelldörren, perfekt. Finns även affär på området. 15minuter med taxi till Rovinj. Hit kan jag tänka mig att åka igen.

Die Anlage mit Pool und die Strandabschnitte sind zwar schön, die Zimmer jedoch die letzten Absteigen. Wir hatten keinen Luxus erwartet und wussten dass die Zimmer alt sind. Das erste Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben schimmelte jedoch und roch auch dementsprechend. Als wir uns beschwerten wurde mit Chlorreiniger geputzt, der unsere schwarzen Socken hellgelb färbte. Nun konnte man den Schimmel zwar nicht mehr riechen, dafür aber den Reiniger, der in der Nase brannte. Da Expedia nur anbot, wir können sofort abreisen und den Reisepreis zurück bekommen (es war schon 22 Uhr abends) mussten wir wohl oder übel bleiben, da wir so schnell nichts anderes finden konnten. Am nächsten Tag dürften wir dann ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Auch hier wurde wohl schon länger nicht mehr geputzt und auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht viel gemacht. Der Duschvorhang war super eklig, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, da waren noch die Haare vom Vorgänger drin, die Türe ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen, so dass man immer von innen abschließen musste. Wir haben uns im Supermarkt Reinigungsmittel gekauft und das Zimmer selbst geputzt um uns einigermaßen wohl zu fühlen. Vom Personal hat das eigentlich niemanden interessiert. Beim Frühstück war das Personal meistens auch ziemlich überfordert. Wir haben uns gedecke meist selbst geholt und auch den Tisch selbst abgewischt. Weir werden nie wieder dort hin fahren und können nur davon abraten dort zu buchen.

Schöne Anlage
Schöne Anlage. Viel Platz am Strand und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Im Zimmer war ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach- toll für Getränke und Kühlakkus! Da wir nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer hatten, würde ich empfehlen einen Verteiler einzupacken... Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt aber geputzt nur jeden 2. Tag. Das Frühstück war toll. Abends solala. Wir würden abends nie gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken wollen. Die Kellner waren eher mit abräumen beschäftigt. Der Aufenthalt mit Hund war problemlos. Es gab sogar im Restaurant einen eigenen Bereich, wo man den Hund mitnehmen könnte, falls es auf der Terrasse zu voll war. Auch am Strand durften wir ihn mitnehmen.

Mycket folk fast det var lågsäsong
Parkering är gratis på boendet. Boendet är stort. Middag ingick i priset, inte särskilt gott och dyr dyr dricka som man får betala själv. Det tog ca 5-7 minuter att gå ned till frukostresturangen. Fullt med folk i restaurangen som skulle äta frukost. Även mycket folk på kvällen i restaurangen. Jag var här i lågsäsong så orkar inte ens tänka på hur mycket folk det ska vara här i juli och augusti... Stranden nedanför hotellet är stenig men det finns bryggor ut. Tveksamt om jag skulle åka hit igen. Är en bra bit att promenera in till Rovinj. Skulle gissa det tar ca 1 timma.
