The room was ok. There was peeling paint on the ceiling of the bathroom, and no exhaust fan. The refridgerator was broken but the staff quickly replaced it.

Disappointed how we were treated.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my family the first week of August. First night was not good. For some reason they believed it would be okay to put my wife and I in the room next to their hospitality suite. We didn't notice because there wasn't a function going on when we went to our room. At midnight we were awakened when the party started (apparently 60 people). We asked to be moved. Initially they said that they there was nothing they could do! However, they eventually did move us to another room and by 2AM we were settled in once again. The manager agreed to credit us for the inconvenience because this was a situation of their own creation but nothing so far (it's been several weeks). This wasn't a good way to treat customers anytime but our family was down there for a wedding the next day so it really wasn't a pleasant way to begin our 2 night stay. I've rated the hotel poor because of this incident and how it was handled but the quality of the rooms themselves are good (as long as you aren't next to the hospitality suite) as were the breakfasts included. Hopefully they'll stand by their word regarding the credit and reaffirm our belief in Hampton Inns customer care.
