The staff was very professional and the hotel location was convenient to all colleges west and south.Rooms were clean and comfortable.

the hotel was very nice very clean and quiet. Wifi was slow but reliable. Pool was clean and all the amenities were clean and in good order

We enjoyed our stay. the room was fine and clean, the Bar entertaining and staff very friendly and the Food at the in hotel Rest. was great!! We loved the fireplace. Pool however did not look the greatest and we did not try it. steps into it were greenish.Everything else great.

Good Hotel. I wish had continental BF available, although the BF purchased was good at reasonable cost.

I must say, after readig "Trip Advisor" comments I decided to book this hotel... I can tell you that it was better than my expectations...staff was very professional! rooms were very clean and the beds are VERY comfortable!

“Easy to get to”

Located right off I-81, the hotel is quickly accessible to most of central NY. The accommodations were comfortable and at a good price. The only recommendation I have is that the staff institute a call bell at the front desk. We had an early morning checkout and it took several minutes for someone to come out to help us.
