Beautiful Hotel on a Beautiful Campus!

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Campus location
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: Gorgeous Gorges! Also Ithaca is a real "foodie" town with lots of interesting eats!
This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Cornell or Ithaca. They are certainly doing a marvelous job of educating their students to provide customers with an exemplary stay!

Weekend getaway for culture, scenery, good & wine

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Views; convenience; high standards.
Cons: Directions around all the constructions currently are a bit tough so more information about it might help.
Location: Finger Lakes wine trail; hiking; see stars, planets, etc. via observatory on campus on a clear night; walk around campus; Johnson Art Museum.
Everything was topnotched at the hotel. Room had great view of campus and view beyond.

Location: Great place to stay for a visit to Cornell University itself.
We had a great time, room was wonderful, easy access to important buildings on campus, lovely restaurant, and guaranteed late check-in! Would recommend.

Great Stay! Very convenient location.

We stayed for one night during the summer for an admissions visit. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the rooms were a bit small (we were traveling as a family of 5)

The way hotels are supposed to be....

Everything was great except for the chimes in the clock tower. They should talk to Cornell about silencing those :-)

Nice hotel but room is tight

Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: Great service and location
Cons: Live entertainment in the lounge.
Location: It is on the Cornell campus. Ithaca has wineries and pretty state parks with waterfalls.
There is two double beds not two queen beds.... A bit tight if you're used to a bigger bed.
