“257 steps”

yes, it was literally 257 steps down to the beach from our suite, but it turned out to be a wonderfully therepudic jaunt which served as a great way to burn the calories built up from days of great food and drink. so many good resteraunts on the beach and in town. don't recommend it for the elderly or faint of heart though. the catalina isbuilt into a hillside surrounded by flora and fauna that is truly spectacular. you feel like you're in the rainforest.
