It was very nice

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Overall it was nice but there were a few things here and there... The sheets on the bed were dirty, the staff needs to be friendlier and be more helpful.. Not everyone was rude but there were some. Food needs to improve

Older hotel...nothing fancy. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this should work. Didn't eat at the hotel, instead took the camion to Zihua and ate at small local spots. Pool was nice & clean. Beach was clean. Hotel was nothing to rave about....pretty basic stay.

It was a nice hotel 30 years ago

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The view of the beach
Cons: The maitanece and a whole new makeover of the room
Location: Everything is in walking distance the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and banks.
Very old hotel with hardly any maitanece. First off they didn't have the room we payed for and second the curtains were torn and had fungus, and lastly there where no hand or shower mat towels when we arrived.

Great beach!

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Cons: Rooms could use a little updating, a few more pillows, newer bedding, and mattresses too.
The beach was a lot of fun, tons to do ... massages, boogie boarding, skim boarding, parasailing, and walking. The hotel pool was very nice, great service thanks Jose. Location is really good, you can walk to a lot of places. The restaurants were yummy. Chips, salsa, guacamole daily and margaritas too. Generals was on the top of our list.

Horrible. Stayed 2 weeks for the last 3 years. Not going back. Looking for a condo next year. If I say what I want it won't print it. So just take my word. Save your money.

Staff very accommodating and pool fantastic

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The friendly staff both at our check in and at the pool.
Cons: Elevators and light buttons were worn down and the furniture in the room were a bit outdated. Biggest problem however was the spotty wifi in the pool.
Location: Great location for restaurants and bus stop.
We just returned from 5 days at the Krstal resort Ixtapa and had a fabulous time. Our 10 year old loved the planned kid activities particular the program lead staffer, Sergio, who was warm, friendly, and very attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect and the beach clean and inviting. We had a fabulous ocean view and room was just fine-comfortable, air conditioning, flat screen tv and a nice bathroom. The best part of our stay was the pools and friendly staff. For the value( we did not book all inclusive) and glad we did as we enjoyed walking around trying the restaurants. I would recommend to friends. Wish TV had more English channels and room had better wifi.

hotel close to the beach

Posted Nov 19, 2014
This hotel is close to the beach. It appeared clean but there was a medium size roach near the closet. My room was ocean view, king bed, did have blow dryer, no coffee maker, no key for the minibar. checkin and checkout was quick. The worst thing about this hotel were the elevators. Only three and it only takes like 4 people at a time. To go down sometimes we had to wait for a long time.

los elevadores están en pésimas condiciones

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: La playa y las albercas
Cons: Todo, atención, comida, elevadores.
Location: Hay delfines, show de cocodrilos, excursiones etc.
El hotel esta agradable, la comida es muy mala y cara, tiene una playa muy bonita. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, el personal no se esmera mucho por atender al huesped y no ponen suficientes toallas en el cuarto. La verdad no volvería al hotel.
