Dear, It's already for the third time that I stauy at the Hotel. Isolation against neighbour noise is less.Staff is friendly.But, I should it appriciate if I do my next reservation that I receive the currency in Euro? Also some negative issue from Hotel.com,credit card is only for warranty and payment has to be done as by other hotel bookings. rgds

Inefficient, inflexible, powerless staff.

Clean hotel, comfortable. Not close to airport. They advertise a shuttle service. Email address bounced back day before arrival, so to order a place on the bus for my friend arriving that day, I phoned. I was told I needed to order the day before. I gently persisted, explaining their email problem. Surely a shuttle is regularly traveling? Apparently not. I was then told there is no shuttle scheduled (10am on a Saturday!) I asked them to provide this advertised service and wouldn't provide a taxi. I asked to speak to a manager. No one was available. No one could instruct the shuttle to be available with 90 mins warning. Because it is clearly scheduled on their website and that you need to book in advance (I couldn't find this info), they would not arrange a shuttle. I arrived at hotel to meet my friend who was 2 hrs late. A shuttle arrived twice in that time. Taxi cost 68 TL approx £22. BOOKING IN was slow, within correct details printed out for me to sign. Keys both stopped working simultaneously on the afternoon of day two. Minor inconvenience. NOISE. Saturday night wedding with drumming are not what you want for an early night to beat jetlag. BREAKFAST SERVICE. Drinks come if you are lucky. I'm easily pleased and rarely complain but the inflexibility to provide a key service (airport shuttle) and the inability of disempowered staff to solve it, made for a disappointing stay before I had arrived.

Pros: Nothing can be special
This hotel was terrible?Ac wasn t working room like sauna stuff were rude they made me embarrace to my guest pls think 10 times before you guys decide....
