During our five-day stay, we appreciated the friendly, helpful staff; the good breakfast buffet; the easy walkability to major attractions and harbor promenade; and the beautiful harbor view from our room.

I my reservation was for a non smoking room, I requested a non smoking room at the check in, But I was given was a smoking room They changed it to the non smoking floor, ,,But my first impression, the terrible smelling room I entered first. View is nice.

This was a very good hotel to stay in, we had a lovely view of the sea from our room. The only thing I would say is breakfast could have been better with a bit more selection of food. Otherwise we had a great time, very close to Kanak Sq and Kemeralti Market.

Worry free stay in Izmir.
Great place to stay, excellent location. Staff was friendly despite the language barrier. Taxis were always available right outside the door at a good price.

No acceptable variety in Breakfast! The refrigerators in the room were not working. We asked to change it but the latter refrigerator was the same. For the rest, everything was at acceptable level and worth the money.

Poor service, smelly hotel
Worn, smelly hotel, with reception staff missing at the desk (smoking right in front of the entrance), was waiting for iron and the board 40 mins. Plastic breakfast not looking fresh. Recommend to stay away if you can

We were a party of three and booked a triple delux room. When we arrived we found only two beds in the room and they tried to squeeze in a third with no room for us to move around the room. We. Felt like being in a sardine can. They thought that was acceptable !

Thumbs up!
Spacious clean room in quiet area, close walk to alsancak to bars and restaurants. Sea view. Highly recommend. Only very minor issue was that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty on arrival and wasnt replenished for the 5 days we stayed. Also iron which is available on request is only at ones disposal for a short time.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were very cooperative. However, I had to cancel one night and I was informed that it will be refunded within 3 days which didn't happen.. I'm still waiting for a response to my follow up emails...

A good hotel
The room was large with a floor to ceiling window and interesting views although not all rooms are the same. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was average. However the Bonjour restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location on the seafront near PASAPORT ferry boat terminal was very convenient for tourists. I would stay there again if in Izmir.

Great location in the sea front and in the centre of the city. Very many eating and shopping places in the vicinity all easily walkable. Taxis always available outside the hotel. I stayed in a suit room which was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Good speed internet connections.

Breakfast was very ordinary. I was expecting usual buffet in breakfast but it was brought in plates which was not very enticing. Location and view were excellent. Staff was reasonable. Service was ok eg They don’t have a two pin power adapter which is common ask from tourists.

We arrived late evening. Our room's AC and WIfi was not working. I had work that I needed to complete that night and was not able to do so due to no wifi. The staff could not figure out why we did not have AC and did not have another room for us to move too. We had to suffer out the hot night. AC came on about 7am the next day when they finally fixed it. Very few outlets in the room and we had to ask for an extension cord because my husband uses a CPAP machine. Would not recommend this hotel.

Acually Kordon hotel isn't a four star hotel. Lobby isn't as good as four star hotel. You don't find any information about different part of hotel at room.The breakfast is very simple ,repitative and is not served very respectfully. The only and amazing thing about this hotel is its fantastic rooms with amazing sea view in suits. hotel location is excellent.
