The reason of my email is to complain on the no professional way to conduct with customers from Mrs Mine Uyar, I did book a couple nights for my husband who was in a business trip in Turkey, some kind of service been added that my husband has to pay there, for some reason the hotel wasnt able to process his credit card, or it was the excuse from Mrs Uyar to get my husband personal social media information and from them start sending personal messages, like be pending in how he is doing and enhancing that he is a kind and charm person, been pending to ask him also how he arrives to usa, in that messages she never ask or mentioned any balance to the hotel, it wasnt until I did answer her on social media asking what was the relation with my husband because suddenly she been so friendly and concern in a personal way about him, her response was that “they have personal business” non explaining to me what was it about, even I informed her that I was the one on charged of our business she still not giving any explication not even mentioning that it was from the hotel he stayed. I did block Mrs Uyar from the social media access after that she sent a email about a non specified balance, NOW IN A PROFESIONAL WAY FROM HOTEL MEMBRETE.
This is so annoying and un professional way to approach a client, as a business not you must proceed on good faith, if a customer owns anything you should conduct in a very different way. and i paid trough hotels.com
