Rooms are very small and been renovated very long time ago. Showers are very duty needs complete remodel. Had to leave after one night and move to other hotel.

Not beach a Beach Resort
Its a good clean hotel. However its not a beach resort or on the beach as the title suggests. I was disappointed because the weather was nove and i wanted to swim in the sea. The hotel is located in middle of town and during high season offers shuttle to beach. However it was kow season and thos service was not offered.

The rooms are very small, not very clean and had a bad smell, the entire hotel had a bad smell and the breakfast was terrible, the only good thing was the friendly hotel staff.

Regarding your review ,we would like to mention that ,we have 4 kind of rooms in the hotel;standart rooms are 18-20m2,junior rooms 32-36m2,dublex rooms 42m2 and family rooms are 60 m2. All of our rooms had been renovated last year. You mentioned a bad smell in your comment; we think you are talking about the thermal smell. It is a healing water with high sulfur and iron content. We are very sorry for your comment about our breakfast, because all our guests thank us by expressing that the breakfast was very successful and there was enough variety. We wish we could have had the opportunity to address your concerns during your visit. We do hope you might consider giving us a second chance in order to convince you that we are able to perform better. Kind regards

Hi there, To who correspond : The reason of my email is to complain on the no professional way to conduct with customers from Mrs Mine Uyar, I did book a couple nights for my husband who was in a business trip in Turkey, some kind of service been added that my husband has to pay there, for some reason the hotel wasnt able to process his credit card, or it was the excuse from Mrs Uyar to get my husband personal social media information and from them start sending personal messages, like be pending in how he is doing and enhancing that he is a kind and charm person, been pending to ask him also how he arrives to usa, in that messages she never ask or mentioned any balance to the hotel, it wasnt until I did answer her on social media asking what was the relation with my husband because suddenly she been so friendly and concern in a personal way about him, her response was that “they have personal business” non explaining to me what was it about, even I informed her that I was the one on charged of our business she still not giving any explication not even mentioning that it was from the hotel he stayed. I did block Mrs Uyar from the social media access after that she sent a email about a non specified balance, NOW IN A PROFESIONAL WAY FROM HOTEL MEMBRETE. This is so annoying and un professional way to approach a client, as a business not you must proceed on good faith, if a customer owns anything you should conduct in a very different way. and i paid trough hotels.com

Dear Mrs. Saghian, Thank you for taking your time for writing an email. You made a 2 nights single standard room reservation through hotels.com and did the payment before arrival. On arrival, Mr. Saghian was unsatisfied about the size of our standard room, (as it was 20 m2 as mentioned on the website), then we did a free upgrade to a bigger room. The Hotels.com reservation was for check in 09.07.2021 and check out 11.07.2021. On departure date, Mr. Saghian requested for extending his stay for one more day. The staff at the reception did his extension for the same room for one more night for a single stay. Normally we charged the room account on arrival date and took the payment beforehand, but the receptionist did him a favor and let him pay at the departure. But on departure, we were not able to take the payment from Mr. Saghian’s American Mastercard. The card machine was working as we did many withdraws during that day. Ms. Mine Uyar is our Sales & Marketing Manager and the front office staff asked her help for solving this payment problem. She called the bank but they said everything was OK, it must have been from the customers bank or card error. She also wrote to the Bank Support Whatsapp Line, but the answer was same “the problem was from the customers card”. Mr. Saghian also called his own bank but they also said there was nothing wrong about the card. So we could not take the money from the credit card. Ms. Uyar asked Mr. Saghian to pay cash but he said he had no cash money. Ms. Uyar asked Mr. Saghian going to the bank and withdrawing money or going to ATM to get money but Mr. Saghian refused and said he needed to leave urgently from Cesme to the airport. He said he will pay his debt via western union with American Dollars, so Ms. Uyar trusted and believed him that he will keep his promise and gave him his folio balance and wrote the Dollars amount of the debt. Mr. Saghian promised Ms. Uyar to sending the money in previous days. But no money was come to our hotel account. Ms. Uyar sent the folio to Mr. Saghian’s mobile phone via whatsapp and wrote the balance. She waited for 2 days but could not hear from Mr. Saghian so she sent him a whatsapp message as “Hi Albert, how are you? Did you find a time for western union?” She waited but could not get any answer, so she tried to reach him via Instagram account. The only mistake is writing from her personal account other than hotel account but I can assure you that it was nothing personal, she only wants your husband to pay his debt to the hotel. Ms. Uyar sent an email regarding this issue and sent all the necessary information to your email address. There is nothing to hide, nothing personal, it will be a big mistake to think otherway. Ms. Uyar is responsible for letting go Mr. Saghian without having the payment and the accounting department push her to get the payment urgently. There can be nothing personal, the only reason is trying every way to reach him for getting our money. Sorry

In all honesty an amazing hotel for the price, split with my friend I paid £35 a night for a room. For that price I got multiple indoor and outdoor pools (including thermal ones), free decent quality food all day everyday, ok wifi, central location and good service. Phenomenal, 5 star. Would stay here again, I have never been to a place as cheap and that food quality. Teşekkürler!

Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel mit guten Gewissen weiterzuempfehlen. Das Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend an der Stelle möchte ich mich ganz besonders bei Frau Seçil und Herrn Metin bedanken.

Temizlik ve lokasyon iyiydi Kış tatili yaptığımızdan dolayı denize uzaklığı sorun olmadı Odalar küçük olduğundan sıkışık hissettiriyor Banyoda arızalı musluklardan dolayı her yere havlu koyduk, yerler hep ıslaktı, doluluk oranı düşük olmasına rağmen bu odaya denk gelmek bizim şansımıza sanırım yırtık çarşaf ve bornozların denk gelmesi de şans herhalde, çarşaf değişimi yapıldı termal havuz kenarında korkarak yürüdük, kaydırmaz zeminden emin olamadık Saunaya ayakkabı vs ile girişlerin önlenmesi için uyarı yazısı gerekli kahvaltı çeşitleri çoğaltılabilir..

Otel biraz eski odalar küçük sayılır, ancak akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir, fiyatına göre daha kaliteli olması gerekirdi.

Yenilenme şart
Odalar çok küçük ve ciddi bir şekilde yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Odamızda pencere kapanmıyordu. Havlulardan biri maalesef temiz değildi ve oda kartı ilk kullanımdan sonra bozuldu. Tuvalet kağıdı da yoktu ve istemek zorunda kaldık.
