The property was 5 star in the 1980s. The furnishings are old, and in bad repair. It is very badly maintained: the entire door handle and card key apparatus came away, locking my husband in the room. To compensate, we were moved to a big suite ... which hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Nor indeed when we were there: we returned to the room next day at 4pm to find it still uncleaned, with no coffee or tea facilities. After we rang housekeeping someone eventually appeared. Other than the night staff, who were both embarrassed and moved us, no-one made the slightest effort to reach out to us, to apologise or even acknowledge what happened. Never again!

We booked a sea view room with a balcony but the room we were given was a partial view of the sea and a smaller room. I asked a couple of the members of the reception team, did not get much help, until Sinan helped us out. He was fantastic and showed us multiple other room options and ultimately got us into a 1-bedroom suite with a great view. He definitely made the entire difference for our stay. The hotel needs some renovations but the view is stunning, pool is huge and service is great.

The hotel was nice in a great location with lovely facilities and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. The only thing the note is the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the wifi is patchy in the rooms.

Dated, isolated, kind of sad. Our first room had no a/c on an 85 degree day, management said it is not turned on until June 1. After a bit of heated negotiation, they moved us to a room with functional a/c at 10 pm.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They looked after us very well. The hotel was quiet and clean, the room was large and clean. They gave us an upgrade and prior to us arriving had put a crib for our baby in the room.

Not as nice as I thought a 5 star hotel would be. We had booked sea view rooms and paid extra for this. The rooms did not have a sea view. They moved one room to a partial sea view room. I reported this to Expedia and nothing was done about it. Wifi connection was awful. Overall a very disappointing two weeks. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday for my children and me after a very difficult two years and losing my husband last year. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

IT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE HOTEL, VERY OLD, WITH ONLY ONE TOILETE ON THE BIG SWIMMING POOL AND ALSO SERVICE THE BEACH. ALL THE EMPLOYERS OF THE HOTEL HAVE A VERY BAD ATTITUDE, THERE IS NO SERVICE, YOU CAN NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR THEM. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH ALSO. THE FOOD IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND BAD. THE BREAKFAST IS WITHOUT ANY SERVICE, NO COFFE, NOT EVEN WATER PUT ON YOUR TABLE.THE BATHROOM AT THE ROOM IS ALMOST IMPOSIBLE TO SHOWER BECAUSE IT HAS A VERY HIGH BATH TUB. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, NOT EVEN PUT A SOAP... FOR MORE THAN 300 DOLLARS A NIGHT IS AN ABSURD.

Firstly this place has customers because of the pool and the beach. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced I have travelled the world and this place is definitely on the bottom of the list in terms of service. The cleanliness of the room is also another thing so many signs about hygiene however the rooms need a deep clean and refresh. Our housekeeping was missed two days in a row cause the co worker was sick. I had to call and ask for it to be done. I totally understand for sickness however they could have replaced the staff to do it. Overall I would not recommend

Overall a comfortable stay. Pros the property has a private beach , large pool , a descent hotel fitness center . The room as clean and comfortable. Cons : many updates need to this property . Some of the amenities were not in service in the spa . The food was also not that good .
