Osaka Kansai Airport, Good Transit HotelPosted Dec 18, 2013
Pros: It's just right outside the rail station. And the hotel provides a direct bus to Kansai.
Cons: It is what it is. It's a transit hotel and they know it and so they're kinda pricey. Otherwise, if you have atime you can find cheaper places in Osaka
Location: It's literally 5 minutes from the rail station.
It's clean, well kept and organized. However, the hotel feels a bit dated. Yet, what can one say, the Japanese know how to perform maintenance. So, you really won't be bothered by it. The rooms are tiny and so is the bath - typical of Japan. I used it as a transit hotel. Suits this purpose just fine. Takes about 50 minutes to Osaka station by rail and vice-versa.

Good value. Clean hotel.Posted Dec 24, 2012
Pros: Airport shuttle
Cons: Beds will be short if you are over 6 feet.
The only issue I had with thhis hotel was that the pick up area for the hotel isnt clearly marked at Kansai airport (you catch the shuttle at S11 which is at the very end and beyond the platform. However this isnt the hotels fault. I took the last hotel shuttle (11:00) from the airport to the hotel. Airport transfer and check-in was done smoothly. The hotel is very clean and basic. The breakfast buffet is a mix of western and Japanese fare and reasonably priced.

Budget airport hotelPosted Dec 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is fine if you are looking for a decent value close to the airport. The small rooms are pretty clean but the place could use a make-over. Make sure you get a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Even our non-smoking room somehow received a hint of smoke. The hotel is really easy to reach by train.

A good overnight stay only. Clean but smelled of smoke. Further from the airport than implied. Limited shuttle service

Adjacent to Hineno Station on the JR linePosted Jun 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Easy access to Kansai Airport from hotel with free shuttle. Full service hotel, rooms were nice, beds comfortable, service good and food was good. Surrounding area was a mix of local farms and some light industrial. No wifi but supplied internet connection cord.

Hotel for convenient link to JR west railPosted May 21, 2012
Pros: convenience to JRwest rail service, pleasant staff, clean room Great bed...
Cons: did not experience any
Location: a 25 minute shuttle bus drive from Osaka KIX airport to suburban Kansai
From the pleasant 20 minute shuttle bus trip through the local suburbs to the convenience of the Haruka rail connection at Hineno station this hotel suitrd my travel plans 100%. the hotel to train station is a easy 2 minute stroll. The room, small as japanese rooms are, was functional, clean and pleasant.. was a little concerned re train noise, as hotel backs onto rail lines, but this did not bother us on the sixth flloor. Did not have the breakfast but many other guests seemed to be enjoying that facility. would reccommend this hotel with it's pleasant helpful staff and convenience to using JR West train links.
