great stayPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Great staff.
Cons: Updating the rooms a bit without losing the Swiss feel.
Location: Just right location, outside of Jackson enough to be quiet but close enough to easily get into town if you want to.
Really enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the ambience of staying in a Swiss style lodge. Brings back memories of traveling in Europe. Rooms could use quiet a bit of updating but we're clean and comfortable. Staff were great, friendly and very accommodating g.Would definitely come back.

Great little hotel in a perfect location.Posted Jun 16, 2015
We were there in June, the staff was wonderful., and restaurant was too. There were things to do within both walking and driving distances. I just wish I'd stayed longer.

Close to Teton mountain national park.Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The safety and security. Traveling alone its always key in my lodging decisions.
Cons: Vending machines of candy and chips.
Location: Beautiful setting and natural beauty. Very quiet and serene. Its a long way around to Jackson to get to the other side of the mountain.
The room was equipped with a small air conditioner. It was inadequate to keep the room cool. Mornings were cool enough due to weather conditions. But nights were hard to be comfortable.

Beautiful and truly friendlyPosted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Everything. Service was wonderful & friendly, food was great and the view was spectacular!
Cons: Maybe updating the decor. But that is not necessary!
Location: Omg!!! Yellowstone, Grand Teton national park. Shopping, seeing all the wildlife. I could just stare at the view all day long!
I can't say enough about the great service we received. The whole stay was wonderful. Jen, the night clerk was so friendly and wanted to hear about our adventures daily... One night we did not eat before we came back to the hotel & all the restaurants were closed, she made sure we didn't go to bed hungry. She arranged a pizza to be delivered... She went over and above her call of duty!!! Thank you Jen!

My husband and I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. A nice breakfast was provided each morning. Situated in the Teton Village close to shops. The tram ride is right next door.

The Alpenhof - a little bit of SwitzerlandPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: The atmosphere and the dining room. The food was good.
Cons: Not sure that the TV in the bar area was completely necessary.
Location: Super convenient for the aerial tram although we didn't go up because the weather didn't cooperate and it was quite expensive.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alpenhof. We were upgraded to a 3rd floor room with a fantastic view of the Gros Ventre mountains. The king bed was comfortable and there was a nice couch. Lovely furniture and a small cosy bathroom. We found the hotel staff very helpful at check-in and the waitresses in the restaurant. Super breakfasts with lovely yoghurt, cereal and cold cuts and delicious dinners all served in a chalet atmosphere with Alpine posters. We almost thought we were in Switzerland. We had a great time.
